Join us in this leadership role, driving excellence and contributing to our ongoing success.\n\nQuote to Cash, Revenue, Billing, Collections: \n\n\nLead and oversee the revenue accounting, billing, and collections functions, ensuring efficient and accurate processes.\n\nEstablish a long-term vision for the order-to-cash process, working closely with business operations to leverage systems for scalability and efficiency.\n\nServe as the accounting subject matter expert for technical revenue recognition matters, including 606 compliance, SSP analysis, and allocation in multiple element arrangements.\n\nImplement and document controls and processes around the entire quote-to-cash process, ensuring transparency and accountability.\n\nEvaluate revenue contracts to ensure alignment with company policies and GAAP principles, optimizing revenue recognition while maintaining compliance.\n\n\n\n\nMonth end close and process:\n\n\nEffectively manage and analyze large volumes of data to build efficient accounting processes and reporting capabilities.\n\nProactively identify ways to shorten financial close timelines, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.\n\n\n\n\nOther areas of ownership\n\n\nManage commissions in line with ASC 340, associated with sales representatives with complex and diverse plan structures, ensuring accurate accounting.\n\nMaintain CECL compliance, ensuring accurate adherence to regulatory requirements.\n\nDesign and manage the company's credit risk policies and collection procedures to optimize working capital.\n\n\n\n\nStakeholder Partnership: \n\n\nStrive to make invoicing a positive experience for customers\n\nServe as a liaison with external auditors on accounting and reporting matters related to revenue recognition.\n\nWork cross-functionally with the go-to-market systems, sales operations, and professional services teams to develop efficient and effective processes to record revenue and bill customers.\n\n\n\n\nLeadership:\n\n\nTeam Management: Manage a team of 6 reports, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure a culture of ownership, process improvement, customer obsession, and career growth.\n\nCulture Building: Build a culture of ownership, process improvement, customer obsession, and career growth, providing cross-training, career growth opportunities, and stretch assignments.\n\n\n\nWhat You'll Need\n\nCPA certification required\n\nBachelorโs degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related studies\n\n10+ years in accounting, last serving in an autonomous leadership role with ownership and accountability of department deliverables, judgment calls, and highly impactful business activities\n\n3+ years experience in leading revenue accounting and billing teams\n\nExperience managing and leading highly effective teams\n\nExperience with Netsuite required\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\n\nAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment\n\nSelf-motivated spirit with strong strategic skills\n\nExperience handling confidential information and matters with discretion\n\n\n\n\n#LI-Remote \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
