Remote Digital Marketing Specialist
\n\n* Role Title: Digital Marketing Specialist \n\n* Direct Report: Growth Senior Director\n\n* Area: Growth \n\n* Location: Mexico or LATAM (Remote)\n\n\n\n\nThe Opportunity \n\nIncode is seeking for a Digital Advertising Specialist who knows Google PPC and LinkedIn Advertising inside and out, with a strong focus on B2B campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience running effective digital campaigns, optimizing ad performance, and utilizing marketing automation tools such as HubSpot. This role requires strong analytical skills to monitor, report, and optimize campaigns to achieve lead generation and business growth targets. Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential\n\nThe preferred location for this role is in Mexico City, but we are open to considering candidates in remotely in Mexico or LATAM. Ideally a fluent Spanish and English speaker.\n \nWorking as part of a small team, you have the potential to significantly impact the business. You will have direct access to colleagues at all levels of the organisation, and you will embrace the opportunity to add value in this role that offers significant breadth and opportunity for development as our company grows.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n\n* Plan, execute, and optimize B2B advertising campaigns on Google PPC and LinkedIn.\n\n* Use data-driven insights to analyze performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.\n\n* Collaborate with the content and SDR teams to ensure alignment on campaign goals and lead quality.\n\n* Manage and optimize marketing automation workflows in HubSpot to nurture leads and streamline processes.\n\n* Monitor and report on key campaign metrics, including lead generation and conversion rates.\n\n* Stay current on industry trends and best practices in digital advertising and B2B marketing\n\n\n\n\nRequirements:\n\n\n* 2-5 years of experience in Google PPC and LinkedIn Advertising, particularly in B2B campaigns.\n\n* Google PPC certification is required.\n\n* Proficiency in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads tools.\n\n* Hands-on experience with HubSpot and marketing automation tools.\n\n* Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) is required.\n\n* Experience with lead scoring, nurturing campaigns, and CRM integrations.\n\n* Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.\n\n* Familiarity with tools like Zapier (or similar automation tools).\n\n* Understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies\n\n* Experience with Salesforce CRM\n\n* Bilingual in Spanish and English\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
