\nReporting to the Head of Marketing, the Developer Relations Associate will play a crucial role interacting with developers and propelling the growth of Eclipseโs ecosystem.\nQualifications\n\n\n* 1-3 years of work experience with developers in a Developer Relations or Project Manager context.\n\n* Does not need to be a coder, but should have enough understanding of basic coding fundamentals to be able to hold conversations with developers\n\n* A decent understanding of and intellectual curiosity in crypto and the industryโs trends\n\n* Strong work ethic with the ability to handle multiple work streams at once\n\n* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills\n\n* Personable and enjoys talking to a variety of people from different backgrounds with varying levels of professional experience; in short, a people person with high EQ\n\n* Enjoys travel and is open to several, extended business trips a year (particularly in Asia)\n\n* Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience\n\n\n\nResponsibilities\n\n\n* Work closely with the Business Development team to handle an influx of early stage developers, re-route them to each other, and/or offer new ideas based on background/capabilities\n\n* Travel to key business regions to build in person relationships with developers and expand Eclipseโs book of business\n\n* Expand on community/grassroots efforts in different global regions to identify programmatic opportunities for developer teams across the world\n\n* When possible, help developer teams with code that is open source and/or integrations that arenโt overly complex\n\n* Source developer teams to participate in Eclipse-sponsored hackathons\n\n\n\nJoin the Eclipse team!\n\nEclipse is building the fastest Ethereum Layer 2, powered by the Solana VM.
