Our mission is to become the go-to technology provider for renewable energy operators who are serious about safety, automation and efficiency at scale.\n\n\nOur ideal Customer Success Engineer would be an individual keen to solve real-world problems to deliver value to customers through answering questions, performing root cause analysis and marshalling requests to the development teams within a collaborative, community-based environment.\n\n\n You will need to be technically sharp, naturally inquisitive and people oriented; responsible for case management from customer queries we receive and deep diving into our applications to diagnose issues.\nSomeone who is a continual learner who can seamlessly switch between operating in the highly agile world of software development and the waterfall world of building real-world projects with physical infrastructure. \n\n\n \n\n\n\nWhat you'll do \n* Providing first line response on all product-related queries from customers in a timely manner, managing prioritization and routing\n* Analysis of bugs: running queries on data issues, reliable reproduction in a specific environment\n* -Create and maintain lean internal troubleshooting documentation\n* Provide analysis of customersโ needs and suggest additional features to our Product teams\n* Training customers to use KrakenFlex products effectively and provide supporting documentation\n* Automate manual tasks and help our customers self-serve.\n* Work closely with a range of teams from the full technology stack (Electrical engineering, controls engineering, software engineering, project management and sales)\n* Provide technical expertise for customers to support post-sales processes\n* Contribute to client onboarding through system configuration, data cleansing and upload, and testing activities\n* (optional) contribute to our 24x7 support model my taking part in our (paid) on call rota\n\n\n\n\nWhat you'll need\n* Problem solving and analytical skills across technical, product and business questions, with an ability to grasp customersโ needs and suggest timely solutions\n* Familiarity with an object oriented programming language, back end config or interacting with APIs\n* Demonstrable Technical Account Management, Customer Support or Sales Engineering or equivalent experience - developers interested in working directly with customers are highly encouraged to apply.\n* Experience driving technical conversations with technical and non-technical people\n* Excellent verbal and written communication skills\n* A drive to get things done in a collaborative environment, with an ability to effectively work across functions (e.g. sales, product, engineering)\n* A proven ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment\n* An interest in learning about the electricity system and how grid scale Renewable energy sources to keep the lights on and the network stable.
