\nREMOTE OPPORTUNITY\n\nTo support our vision in driving technological advances, we are seeking an IT Project Manager who will lead a variety of projects with significant scope and impact supporting several different areas of the business. This individual will work closely with various teams to deliver value to the business, meeting the scope, budget, and timeline of all designated projects. This includes coordination of all deliverables and communication across the entire IT organization. The IT Project Manager will ensure all projects are completed according to the defined scope and mutually agreed upon timelines of the executive sponsor and in accordance with policies and procedures.\n\n \n\nResponsibilities:\n\n\n* Manage assigned Initiatives from project planning to project close-out, ensuring that all activities, including process design and modifications, process automation/system enhancement requirements definition and development, methods & procedures development and modifications, testing, training, communications, deployment, business value realization monitoring, hand-off to business-as-usual operations, and project close-out are effectively and efficiently coordinated and completed on time and within defined scope and budget.\n\n* Develop, manage, and deliver multiple IT projects from beginning to end, including project scope, timeline, capacity planning, resource allocation, and project execution.\n\n* Provide project management and direction to ensure the project team has a clear understanding of timelines, risks, escalation path and roles/responsibilities they will undertake within the project team.\n\n* Prepare weekly reports and briefings on program status, policies, and procedures, in support of acquisition program milestones \n\n* Define and collect metrics to provide project progression to Senior Management and C-level Executives\n\n* Cooperate with all stakeholders and work closely with all levels of the organization to determine solutions.\n\n* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with project teams and business partners.\n\n* Ensure accurate and complete files and artifacts are maintained for projects and appropriate close-out documents are distributed in a timely manner in accordance with corporate and customer standards.\n\n* Communicating to the Initiative Sponsor, Champion and Program Manager and bring awareness of issues that will impact project completion timeline, scope, or cost.\n\n* Pro-actively seek to identify and communicate any schedule and budget risks.\n\n* Review and improve process steps as needed by the project.\n\n\n\n\n \n\nRequirements:\n\n \n\n\n* Bachelorโs degree in computer science, management information systems or business administration or the equivalent combination of education, training, or related work experience.\n\n* Project Management Institute PMP certification is preferred.\n\n* 5+ years of Project Management experience.\n\n* Experience with software or hardware implementations is preferred.\n\n* Must be able to manage multiple large-scale programs and projects across the full project lifecycle.\n\n* Experience working in a large organization and ability to work across diverse remote teams and build effective relationships.\n\n* Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.\n\n* Strong experience with IT infrastructure and architecture; knowledge of Security, Service Desk, and Network concepts is preferred\n\n* Exposure to ServiceNow is preferred.\n\n* Technical problem-solving aptitude and diagnostic ability.\n\n* Ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly evolving working environment.\n\n* Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to present concise reports and recommendations.\n\n* Excellent planning and organization ability.\n\n* Excellent time management skills and understanding the value of a baseline.\n\n* Demonstrable business acumen and critical thinking skills.\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
