You will work closely with the entire inbound team to ensure sales activities are seamless and profitable.\n\n\nGivebutter has a very healthy inbound pipeline of selective leads. Currently it takes multiple days for an inbound lead to schedule a demo with our sales team. We are scaling the team to help nonprofits sign on to Givebutter and not need to wait 3+ days for a demo.\n\n\n\nWe want to hear from people who...\n* Surpassed quota attainment with >2 years selling in the SaaS space\n* Are clear self-starters - i.e. individually driven and self-motivated\n* Strategic minded seller who doesnโt get lost in the weeds in a high-paced sales environment\n* Have a desire to problem solve, not just sell - i.e. consultative sellers\n* Possess a deep understanding of software terms - e.g. CRM, front-end / back-end, etc.\n\n\n\nResponsibilities\n* Accountable for 100% of the quota set as the baseline for Account Executives.\n* Lead needs assessments and demos with prospective clients (incl. C-suite, board members, founders, and development staff).\n* Implement personalized follow-up email and call cadences to proactively engage prospective clients in order to win net-new business.\n* Close sales opportunities at a high rate (both revenue and account-wise) with clear expectations to ensure a smooth start on our platform.\n* Outbound lead generation as prescribed situationally.\n* Develop a deep understanding of our ideal customer profile and how they relate to our products and services.\n* Craft solutions for prospective clients to help them raise six and seven figures per account.\n* Track sales goals accurately within our CRM to ensure clear automated reporting results on daily, weekly, and monthly bases.\n\n\n\nRequirements\n* 3+ years experience selling SaaS with proven experience exceeding targets. \n* 1+ year selling nonprofit SaaS or CRM or FinTech with scaling pricing model a bonus, but not required.\n* Experienced in both inbound and outbound lead management and lead generation.\n* Excellent written and verbal communication skills via phone and email.\n* Skilled in managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and a high-volume workload.\n* Ability to work effectively with other team members, including the marketing, customer success, and sales teams.\n* Passionate about solving problems, driving urgency, and educating potential customers.\n* Process oriented - you solve the problem for both today and tomorrow at a quickly innovating company.\n* Ability to travel up to 10% of your time (conditions permitting) for events, conferences, and in-person sales meetings.\n* Based in Eastern Standard time zone.\n\n\n\n\n\n$120,000 - $140,000 a year$140k OTE ($80k base + $60k variable). Commission is uncapped.
