Execute consultative sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.\nโข Revenue Growth: Contribute to revenue growth by identifying and qualifying upsell opportunities within your assigned accounts and communicating them to the account management team.\nโข Sales Strategy: Execute the established sales strategy and go-to-market plan. Follow defined processes for prospecting, engagement, and closing deals.\nโข Sales Forecasting: Maintain an accurate sales forecast for your pipeline and report on progress towards monthly and quarterly targets.\nโข Lead Generation: Actively prospect and qualify new leads from marketing campaigns and outbound efforts to build a robust sales pipeline.\nโข Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure a positive sales experience. Log all communications accurately in the CRM.\nโข Solutioning & Technical Scoping: Work with clients to understand their technical requirements and business objectives. Prepare solution proposals and recommend suitable API plans with support from senior team members.\nโข Market Research: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitive offerings to effectively position CoinGeckoโs API in the market.\nโข Sales Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on all sales activities, pipeline status, and results using the CRM and other sales tools.\nโข Sales Operations & Process Optimization: Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene and follow established sales processes and playbooks to ensure operational efficiency.\nโข Collaboration: Collaborate with internal support teams to ensure a smooth handover from sales to onboarding for new clients.\nโข Coaching: Assist in mentoring and training interns/junior team members. Provide feedback on their work and contribute to knowledge-sharing activities within the team.\nโข You are required to support any ad hoc tasks as required by the company.\n\n\nWhat We Look For In You:\nโข Proven track record: You have 2-3 years of experience in driving Enterprise SaaS sales with a strong track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets, preferably in the startup or fintech industry. \nโข Education: Bachelorโs degree in marketing, business, or related field is a plus.\nโข Product Knowledge: You have a good understanding of CoinGeckoโs products and a willingness to quickly develop deep expertise in our API offerings.\nโข Sales Knowledge: You have a solid understanding of the sales lifecycle, sales funnel, and qualification techniques.\nโข Familiarity with Data Tools: You have experience using a CRM (e.g., HubSpot) to manage leads and sales activities.\nโข Familiarity with API Products: You have a foundational understanding of or strong interest in API products and the SaaS business model.\nโข Project Management: You can manage multiple initiatives with a focus on meeting deadlines. You are able to coordinate tasks, manage resources, and track progress to ensure successful project delivery.
