In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing a range of initiatives, not limited to:\n• Mobile App Design & Development: Design and develop mobile applications that meet the business' needs and requirements. Execute full software development lifecycles based on the department’s strategy.\n• Software Development: Write clean, reusable and maintainable code and libraries. Develop and push code into the production environment effectively. Apply clear understanding of fundamentals and best practices in technical skills including code quality, integrating tools and dependencies and extending the code base. Keep source code and dependencies up-to-date.\n• Code Reviews: Conduct code reviews. Propose, implement and uphold best practices in code for your immediate team and projects, and contribute to technical debt initiatives. Be well-versed in reading code, detecting code smells and escalating potential defects that may arise. \n• Documentation: Write concise and coherent documentation. Contribute to team knowledge base and resources, and keep them up-to-date.\n• Defect Recovery: Replicate defects, provide insights from code implementation, and resolve the issues according to team objectives. Work closely with QA and other teams.\n• Sharpen the Saw: Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development and contribute to knowledge sharing. Proficient in React Native, React JS, StorybookJS and Firebase or similar tools. Keen attention to design details. In anticipation of that future, CoinGecko is building the foundation to scale cryptocurrency market data to serve billions.\n\n\nPlease note that for all internship openings, we are only accepting candidates based in Malaysia and Singapore who are either pursuing a Bachelor's degree or are fresh graduates within one year of their graduation date.\n\n\nWhat you'll be doing:\n• Conduct research and identify potential cryptocurrency projects for partnership building.\n• Create persuasive and personalized pitch templates to reach out to potential partners.\n• Assist in social media management of posts and management of inbound messages.\n• Gather feedback across social channels and conversation with partners, identify patterns and trends, and circulate these feedback in a structured manner internally.\n• Provide regular performance reporting and insights on progress. Continuously improve workflows, messaging and tactics to improve performance.\n• Collaborate within the team on any critical projects that arise throughout the internship period, to ensure that our efforts are aligned with the team’s overall marketing strategy. \n\n\nWhat we look for in you:\n• Basic understanding of marketing, with an interest in building up experience in partnerships/outreach, campaign management, and/or social media marketing.\n• Familiarity & ability to navigate the cryptocurrency space on Twitter/Reddit/Discord.\n• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.\n• Creative & analytical: You’re curious about the cryptocurrency & web3 space and can analytically reason what the community wants and needs.\n• Impact-driven and persistent: You’re motivated by moving the needle meaningfully.\n• Entrepreneurial: You have a proven ability to build from scratch. Ability and desire to operate resourcefully, independently and with urgency.\n• Operational excellence: You have a keen eye for detail and an exceptionally high bar for accuracy and quality.
