The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, tech-savvy, and a team player with a passion for education and a history of success building and releasing products.\n\n\nSpecific Responsibilities\n\n\n* Collaborate with product team to define vision and strategy for product roadmap\n* Act as the product owner and advocate within the organization, accountable for the productโs quality, viability, and lifecycle\n* Build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders โ including Content, Sales, Marketing, and Digital Implementation teams โ and synthesize feedback to define user needs and feature requirements\n* Conduct user and market research to identify customer needs and represent the voice of the user\n* Define and analyze metrics to understand customer behavior and make product recommendations and decisions\n* Collaborate with design and development teams to drive product development for projects from product ideation to launch\n* Write user stories to create and groom product backlog and act as product owner on scrum team(s)\n* Communicate early and often, whether itโs product status, vision, feature decisions or prioritization needs\n* Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Digital Implementations teams to develop documentation, training, and support resources to ensure effective implementation of the product\n\n\n\nRequired Qualifications:\n\n* 3-5 years digital product management experience\n* 7+ years of experience overall\n* Excellent writing and communication skills\n* Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities\n* Flexible, adaptable, and creative\n* Strong project management and organizational skills\n* Able to work independently to drive projects forward\n* Experience with Agile and tools like Jira, Confluence, etc.\n* Experience in K-12 education and/or K-12 EdTech\n\n\n\nRequired Education\n\n* Bachelorโs Degree\n\n\n\nLocation\n\n* This position is Remote\n\n\n\nA cover letter and resume are required to be considered for this position.\n\nNew employees will be required to successfully complete a\nbackground check and provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination, subject to\npotential accommodation as required by law.\n\n\nAny communication to applicants relating to the Great Minds hiring process will only come from email addresses with the domains greatminds.org or greatminds.recruitee.com.
