So if you enjoy working with hard-working people, and helping to build a company that cares deeply about quality and lasting customer relationships, you’ve found the right place.\nResponsibilities\nIn this role, you’ll:\n\n\nLead planning and management of both internal and customer-facing projects\n\nTrack delivery of services engagements and provide data to internal management\n\nEffectively handle project backlog for portfolio of customer engagements\n\nWork with team to develop standard methodologies and new processes for integration with internal teams and Professional Services clients\n\nWork closely with Professional Services clients and internal teams including Sales, Customer Success Management, Solution Architects, Services Operations, and Services Engineering Product Development\n\nLead and drive ground-breaking Marketing Technology Programs focused on digital programs for key Commercial and select Enterprise accounts\n\nWork with the Services Operations team on the monthly roll-up of key delivery metrics\n\nSupervise and drive Professional Services operations metrics. I.e., collect data, develop reports for key performance indicators for the team.\n\n\n\nQualifications\n\nNot all applicants will have skills that match a job description exactly. We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table!\nRequired:\n\n\nHave 2+ years of dynamic experience working as a Project Manager \n\nThrive in a fast-paced startup environment\n\nExperience in high volume project coordination \n\nHave experience with multiple project management methodologies (including waterfall, SCRUM, and other Agile methodologies - preferred)\n\nAre experienced using project management tools such as, Asana, SalesForce, MS Project, Jira, PSA tools\n\n\n\nDesired:\n\n\nExperience working closely with or implementing any of our Destination partners\n\nPMI-ACP and/or PMP certification (or a similar accreditation)\n\nExpertise in multiple areas of the MarTech ecosystem and concepts including attribution, Analytics, Adtech, CRM, Mobile, NPS, and more\n\nExperience in writing Salesforce reports\n\n\n\nLocation\n\nThis role will be remote, based in Dublin\n\nApproximately less than 5% travel is anticipated\nWhat We Offer\n\nThere are many benefits to working at Twilio, including, in addition to competitive pay, things like generous time-off, ample parental and wellness leave, healthcare, a retirement savings program, and much more.
