\nThe job in short\n\nIn this role, you will be one of the first members of the Global Sourcersโ team who are responsible for attracting excellent passive candidates in the global market. You'll partner with Talent Acquisition and other internal functional group leaders to ensure the overall team understands business needs and meets hiring goals. You will also manage and improve consistent data-driven sourcing metrics and use those metrics to inform business decisions. You will be responsible for building sourcing strategies, which will ultimately lead to Backbase hiring exceptionally talented team members.\n\nMeet the job\n\n\nBe part of a remote-based sourcing team focused on achieving Recruiting OKRs and scaling to the dynamic demands of a rapidly growing company.\n\nOwn a small req load as business needs dictate with a primary focus on senior level roles.\n\nPartner with stakeholders to develop strategies, priorities, and process improvements according to fluctuating business demand.\n\nReport out on progress to leadership, flag hot spots, and work through creative solutions with the team.\n\nLead trainings and disseminate best practices to the team as a resident sourcing expert.\n\nInnovate and operationalize sourcing methods to deliver diverse talent to Backbase.\n\nProvide coaching to improve performance of team members and drive accountability.\n\n\n\n\nHow about you\n\n\nYou have solid Recruiting and/or Sourcing experience.\n\nYou are an expert and have proven track record of developing recruiting best practices, and candidate sourcing strategies.\n\nYou are proficient in analyzing data, presenting solutions, and making data-driven decisions.\n\nYou have experience effectively sourcing for diverse candidates.\n\nYou are passionate about building teams, growing careers, and inspiring people.\n\nYou have experience sourcing and research at all levels, preferably in a global capacity within the software industry.\n\nYou have experience with competitive global job markets preferred.\n\nYou are focused on delivering an excellent candidate experience.\n\nYou are focused on efficiency, scalability and constant process improvements.\n\n\n\n\nAlso, we know itโs tough, but please try to avoid the โโconfidence gap.
