\nAbout You:\n\nAs a member of the sales team, you will play an essential role in driving business outcomes by managing and scaling a business operations process to help the sales team drive record-breaking growth. You will standardize and manage our rhythm of the business to increase efficiency and reduce waste. \n\nYou will partner closely with the Sales and Account Management leadership teams to drive success, timeliness and accountability. You will have ownership of critical projects for the sales team that will help us drive business outcomes and growth for Convoy. You will have high visibility and access to the heart of the team since your main stakeholders will be our executive level leaders. \n\nYou will:\n\n\nMaintain ownership over internal engagement surveys and results.\n\nAudit and establish an ongoing mechanism to manage our quarterly goals across the team. \n\nDevelop new documentation tool (SOP) for offsite partnership meetings with internal stakeholders to drive engagement and accountability. \n\nDevelop new documentation tool (SOP) for onsite customer visits with external stakeholders to drive deeper relationships and delight the customer. \n\nDrive strategic projects to closure with accountability practices, project management principles and cross functional stakeholder management. \n\nParticipate in weekly leadership meetings to draw out common themes, capture actions and maintain accountability across our executive staff. \n\nPartner with our HR, Customer Experience and parter teams to ensure business critical initiatives have owners and are driven to closure. \n\nDetermine and maintain a central repository system to manage and track progress against high level projects. \n\n\n\n\nWe're looking for someone who has:\n\n\n4+ years experience in Project management, program management, or operations management at a top tier consulting firm, startup or tech company. \n\nPrior experience in program management or process development for sales or business operations. \n\nExperience building project management dashboards and other reporting\n\nSuccessful partnership with internal teams to deliver on project timelines and objectives\n\nPassionate about Convoyโs mission and high talent bar \n\nThe ability to own and drive programs that are a part of the larger strategic vision for Convoy and gain buy-in for future innovation.\n\nThe ability to influence without authority. You drive effective teamwork, collaboration and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities. You have an ability to succinctly, confidently and articulately defend and challenge positions in both verbal and written communications.\n\nA relentless focus on execution, tackling problems with the urgency required to drive the success of your programs. \n\nThe ability to excel in a dynamic, highly ambiguous work environment.\n\nExcellent written and oral communication skills. You can synthesize data into recommendations for business strategy & tactics to a range of audiences including executive leadership.\n\nGreat judgment and can assess costs, benefits, and risks to programs. You can identify and respond to risks and high-priority issues rapidly and effectively.\n\nExceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects and tasks.\n\nHigh emotional intelligence and humility.
