In this role, you will have a huge impact on the growth and success of the business in your assigned region, by developing plenty of new customers across verticals. In this position you will report directly to our Business Development Director. You will start with a thorough product and sales training and you will be supported by a team of product, marketing and customer success specialists.ย \n\n\n\n\nMain responsibilities โข Develop qualified leads to set up Account Executives for successโข Create and execute outbound strategies โข Researching the market and spotting new opportunitiesโข Collaborate with Marketing and PR to initiate new projects such as: webinars, blogs, case studies and eventsโข Collaborating with our partners with the aim of achieving the optimal commercial result โข Qualifying inbound and outbound leads through research and discovery calls โข Develop and manage the sales pipeline with weekly forecast updatesโข Ensuring accurate tracking and reporting in Hubspot (CRM system)โข Achieve and outperform monthly targetsย \n\n\n\n\n About you โข You live in or around Milano and have a good command of the Italian (native) language and a good professional knowledge of Englishโข You already have successful experience in B2B SaaS (at least 1-2 years) โข Preferably experience in working with HR and/or L&D teams in the mid-market and enterprise segment โข You have experience with outbound strategies and tools such as Salesloft, Apollo, Outreach, SalesNavigator or similarโข You are characterized by an enormous drive, 'hunting spirit' and great intrinsic motivationโข You are a go-getter and not afraid to pick up the phoneโข You can work independently and want to grow and develop yourselfโข You have good business acumen, which means you can recognize the business needs of a specific lead and tailor your message accordinglyโข You are a strong communicator, a good listenerโข You find working with targets challenging โข You are a team player, social and always up for some great company events! โข You love remote work and don't mind visiting our headquarters in Genk every now and thenโข You are familiar with the safe handling of data and personal dataย \n\n\n\n\nWhat to expect from MobieTrain โข Full-time salaried roleโข Working for a dynamic growth company, with a young and motivated teamโข Being part of an international environmentโข Lots of flexibility, with an eye for a healthy work-life balanceโข High degree of independence and responsibility, and impact on business operationsโข Training opportunities to further develop yourselfA competitive compensation packageA great team with whom you will often go out for company events, dinners and drinks \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
