We are looking for motivated, entrepreneurial Full Stack Developers to help us build our state-of-the art online applications. This role plays a key part in full stack future proof design, build and decision making for a beauty product review platform that supports thousands of users with finding the right beauty product for them.
What are you going to do?
We are looking for a full stack developer who knows how web works. We are looking for someone who can use and support selecting the best development tools and techniques to ensure a high performing application is built and expanded upon which users love to use.
We are looking for someone with modern-day essential innovative engineering skills, who is creative, has an eye for detail, is a strong communicator.
In this role, you are expected to play a key role in an agile development team.
Be responsible for designing, defining and implementing business ideas from conception to implementation
Work closely together with TECH Lead and regularly with our CTO and COO (our over 15 -20 years’ experience across multiple organisations)
Overlook and manage the scope and quality of technical deliverables aligned with the tech strategy
Ensure projects are delivered on time, report potential roadblocks, and provide regular updates on progress to the Tech lead
Work with a network of experts with backgrounds from some of the most renowned companies in the world
Develop new functionalities of the web app for end users
Implement new functionalities across the full stack
Implement user interfaces, develop backend services and write SQL queries
Our Tech Stack
All of our engineers work in a SCRUM team and have an impact across the product which vary on different levels and projects. We use AWS to serve our applications and our main tech stack is Node.js, React.js Next.js and PostgreSQL. And yes we love type-safety codes and tests. We have fully automated CI/CD that helps to make instant releases.
Who you are
Skills and experience we’re looking for
HBO/WO education
Experience with HTML and CSS development
Back-end development with NodeJS and Typescript with a strong understanding of front-end development using ReactJS
Experience with unit/integration testing
Experience with CI/CD tools and processes
Experience with operations on AWS cloud environment
Experience with PostgreSQL
