We are seeking an individual who cares about people and enjoys identifying, connecting with, and hiring candidates from diverse backgrounds. You must be a self-starter, comfortable managing hard to fill roles and work well independently. \nYou will be developing and executing engineering search strategies, building key stakeholder relationships, and developing strategic candidate outreach while working with a curious, kind, and passionate team.\n\nWHAT YOU'LL DO: \n\nManage the full life-cycle recruitment process for multiple senior open positions. \nIdentify, source, and engage technical talent to grow our team through creative and diverse multi-channel methods\nIntegrate and implement drip campaigns across roles\nCollaborate to design, implement and execute a compelling recruitment & sourcing strategy to increase recruiting’s efficiency\nDevelop strong hiring manager partnerships and empower them to make informed hiring decisions \nCreatively iterate to improve our processes across recruiting, we are a collaborative team, let’s keep improving! \nRegularly manage pipeline activity and provide recommendations for improving talent strategies based on data\nConsultative approach with senior stakeholders to shape and implement diversity recruitment strategy in a fast-paced, high-touch & high-tech environment\nCreate new ways to surprise and delight candidates as they go through our interview process and ensure the best candidate experience\n\nWHO YOU ARE: \n5+ years of technical recruiting/sourcing experience, ideally with a fast-growing start-up or technical search firm\nYou’re an exceptional researcher - you love to dig in and find hard to find information (& people)!\nStrong history of collaborating inclusively with hiring managers and interviewers to design processes that attract candidates from underrepresented backgrounds\nYou thrive in a data-driven recruiting process\nWorking knowledge of ATS systems and pipeline metrics (Lever) \nIn-house experience preferred\nOutstanding organizational and follow-up skills, strong time-management abilities\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal\nStrong sense of urgency, and ability to prioritize\nGreat judgment and a history of working with highly confidential information\n\nWHAT WE OFFER YOU: \nSalary Range:  $110,000 + (+competitive performance bonus opportunities) \nOwnership.
