About The Opportunity

You will brainstorm podcast topics with Steph, plan the content calendar and use your marketing magic to get each episode in front of as many of the right people as possible.
Launching a new membership program: This one is still under wraps (shh!) but we're planning to open doors in early 2023. In your first few months with us, you will work closely with Steph to develop the launch strategy and execute the launch marketing campaign, including creating organic social content, and executing paid social and SEM campaigns.
Increasing sales of our self-paced courses: We have two courses that can be purchased and completed at any time, but we haven't had much time to market them. You will generate fresh ideas for marketing these products, measure and track the analytics, and spot opportunities to optimise every step of the sales funnel.
Executing launch campaigns for our cohort-based course: We have a 12-week course that we launch and run twice a year. You will be working year-round to grow our email list and social media audiences with the right people for this course. Twice per year, you will work closely with Steph on the launch strategy and campaign execution.
Building brand visibility: We operate in a crowded market. Social media is noisy. Paid traffic is becoming more and more expensive. Having a human as the face of our brand gives us an advantage, and part of your role is to help grow the visibility of the Steph Taylor brand. You will identify and pitch media opportunities, and spot potential partnerships and growth opportunities.
To succeed in this role, you must:
Have 3-5+ years of digital marketing experience, in roles where you've had exposure to both strategy and execution.

Requirements
5+ years of professional UX/software product design experience, having designed complex or enterprise-level software
Demonstrated track record of driving a user-centered design process to tackle complex customer problems in a startup environment.
Strong facilitation and cross-functional collaboration skills: you can demonstrate the ability to work across multiple teams, solicit and synthesize feedback, facilitate design discussions, and bring stakeholders with you on the design journey.
Be open to the iterative design process – always sketching, showing work in progress, validating with customers and data, iterating, shipping, learning, and growing
5+ years of experience conducting and applying customer research, including design thinking, prototyping, and conceptual modelling

Previous experience in look development and sequence supervision is ideal.

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team!
We have a team of developers based around the world, in Australia, the Philippines, and India - all working remotely. We’re looking for a new senior full stack developer to join our team, to help build our web portal (in Vue) and backend services (C# and .NET Core). Working in a small team, you will be directly contributing to the direction of the product.
Skills We Need
Frontend skills:
Excellent HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills.
Experience with CSS tools such as SASS.
Server-side skills:
Experience in building on a Microsoft stack (C#, .NET Core, Web API, EF, and SQL Server).
Strong SQL skills
Experience designing web APIs
General skills:
Experience with Git for source control is essential (we use GitHub).
Non-essential, but highly regarded skills include:
Experience with Vue
Experience with writing unit/integration tests is highly regarded.

Excellent problem solving skills
An understanding of security risks, and how to write secure code
Able to always see the big picture, and able to implement long term solutions rather than short term hacks
Experience in writing quality, testable (and tested) code

Any logistics experience or experience building map-centric applications will be highly regarded, but not essential
What You Will Do
In this role, you will:
Take loose requirements about features that need to be developed, and design a user experience / workflow and the screen layouts, along with the business logic to support the requirements
Build the screens in HTML and CSS/LESS
Write JavaScript code to provide the user interface logic and to communicate with the server
Create well designed, robust and secure APIs to allow the web frontend to access the business logic
Design data models and build high performance SQL queries to meet the requirements of the business logic
