We should talk. \n\n\nJob Description:\n\n\nWe are looking for a Software Engineer with experience in Javascript. Who brings in experience of coding, fixing, executing and versioning existing code for applications and someone who is ready to think beyond and is ready to take bigger responsibilities.\n\n\nIf you're passionate to solve real time fundamental problems, explore, learn and work on technologies out of scope, Netomi is the perfect place for you.\n\n\n\nResponsibilities:\n* Ownership of key UI modules\n* Own front-end build and test systems\n* Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement them.\n* Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code\n* Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use \n* Working with Backend, Data Science and DevOps engineers for API implementation and design.\n* Optimize UI application for optimal performance and scalability\n\n\n\nRequirements:\n* 3+ years of demonstrated experience in frontend development\n* Professional experience with VueJS or another modern JavaScript web framework (React, Angular, etc)\n* Experience with writing automated tests (e.g. Jest, Karma, Jasmine, Mocha)\n* Experience using Git, Github, JIRA in a professional/workplace environment\n* A solid understanding of core web and browser concepts (e.g. how the browser parses and constructs a web page)\n* A solid understanding of semantic HTML, CSS, and core JavaScript concepts.\n* Demonstrated capacity to clearly and concisely communicate about complex technical, architectural, and/or organisational problems and propose thorough iterative solutions\n* Experience with performance and optimisation problems and a demonstrated ability to both diagnose and prevent these problems\n* Comfort working in a highly agile software development process\n* Positive and solution-oriented mindset\n* Effective communication skills: Regularly achieve consensus with peers, collaboration, and clear status updates\n* An inclination towards communication, inclusion, and visibility\n* Self-motivated and self-managing efficiency, with great organisational skills.\n* Demonstrated ability to work closely with other parts of the organisation\n\n\n\n\n\n\nNetomi is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
