About the Team\n\nAs a Workday Systems Engineer, you will play an important role in the Corporate Applications Team within DoorDash IT. This role serves as a trusted business partner to implement systems and innovative process improvements.\nAbout the Role\n\nWe are looking for a Workday Systems Engineer for the IT Corporate Applications team. The candidate will support DoorDashโ€™s IT and People teams by building integrations and solutions within Workday and other ancillary HR systems. The ideal candidate will partner with various business users and be responsible for the full life cycle of Workday technical solutions. You will report to our senior manager of Corporate Applications on our Corporate Applications team in our IT organization. Lucid has an exciting opportunity for a Strategic Finance Intern to join the Strategic Finance (FP&A) team. Basic Qualifications:

This role offers the following Work Appropriately strategies:

The median level of the monthly salary compensation for this role is $4,250 dependent upon class status and degree. Benefit options are not available for this role.

GM will provide a one-time lump sum taxable stipend payment to each student selected for the 2023 Student Program.

You'll be instrumental in helping JUUL continue to scale effectively while working closely with the People, Finance and various cross-functional teams.\n\nOPEN TO ANY US LOCATION - Remote\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n\n* Communications & Education: Create materials to effectively communicate compensation plans, policies and practices to the People team, employees and managers.\n\n* Systems: Work with the People technology team to ensure that compensation and job profile requirements are satisfied and data accurately reflects salary structures and variable programs.\n\n* Job Infrastructure: Design and maintain our new job family structure including job leveling and job catalog.\n\n* Market Reconnaissance: Lead the gathering of insights on competitive pay levels and practices to determine global competitive position by labor market. Develop and update quantitative models and formulate recommendations and updates to the compensation structure.\n\n* Salary Structure: Design/partner with finance to develop compensation and/or organization designs including long- and short-term incentives, milestone rewards and global compensation structures. \n\n* Assist with Pay Reviews: Development and completion of compensation reviews and recommendations related to merit / promo / equity increases. Lead design and administration of sales compensation calculations and process. Support expatriates and cross-border transfers.\n\n* Recruiting: Work closely with Talent Acquisition to benchmark positions and develop competitive total reward packages including base, long-term equity and variable compensation.\n\n* Storytelling: Design and build compensation metrics, reports and tools to inform compensation program decisions and analyze business outcomes. Produce ad hoc analyses with quick turnarounds.\n\n* Recognition: Lead the design and administration of our innovative peer- and manager-initiated recognition portfolio.\n\n* Compliance: Ensure pay practices are compliant with US federal and state requirements (i.e. FLSA, minimum wage, overtime, etc) and requirements for each country in which we operate.\n\n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\n\n* Experience with compensation in a high-growth organization and know how to deliver pressing daily needs with an eye towards achieving longer-term objectives. \n\n* Minimum of 2+ years of compensation and/or HR admin experience.\n\n* Demonstrated ability to define and solve practical pay problems.\n\n* Demonstrated ability to create accurate, validated exhibits to facilitate decision making.\n\n* Strong Microsoft Office and Google Suite skills.\n\n* Significant experience working with HR technology, data interfaces, and reporting.\n\n* Self-motivated and ability to work well within a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.\n\n* Progressive thinker with a flexible, can-do, team-oriented approach.\n\n* Agile learner and proactive teacher.\n\n\n\n\nEDUCATION:\n\n\n* Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent experience, Degree in a technical field preferred \n\n\n\n\nJUUL LABS PERKS & BENEFITS:\n\n\n* A place to grow your career.
