You will serve as the lead analyst on task forces and project teams to develop compensation, equity and sales incentive programs with an enterprise-wide impact, and provide input on plan design and process improvements.\n\nYou will have a keen ability to read a room and sense whatโs happening behind the scenes. You successfully balance people-oriented and organizational priorities and ask thoughtful questions to help coach and guide leaders and teammates to outstanding outcomes.\n\n\nYou will:\n\n\n* Provide solutions that are consistent with MNTN's compensation philosophy, business needs, federal and state regulations.\n\n* Ensure compensation is competitive with the marketplace, internal equity/fairness while recognizing the need for cost stewardship. Ensures compliance and consistency with U.S. and global policies, procedures, and processes.\n\n* Manage the process of market benchmarking and market analysis, analyze data, and present findings and recommendations.\n\n* Collaborates in the compensation planning process for employees in collaboration with the business and HR team.\n\n* Collaborate with Finance to forecast and budget for compensation expenses.\n\n* Prepare compensation analyses and conduct ad hoc analyses and prepare reports to support decision making and provide insights to senior leadership.\n\n* Provide coaching and guidance to team members on compensation-related matters.\n\n\n\n\nYou have: \n\n\n* 5 to 8 years of progressive compensation experience.\n\n* Consultative and collaborative. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization. Ability to communicate (verbal / written) in a direct, concise manner, ability to interact with professionals at all levels, strong ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of partners/ stakeholders.\n\n* Extensive experience working with multiple rewards and recognition programs.\n\n* Must possess a strong business and / or financial background and strong analytical skills, using both qualitative and quantitative data.\n\n* Demonstrated strong process/ project management skills, and attention to detail.\n\n* Deep understanding of compensation principles, practices and methodologies.\n\n* Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data to inform compensation decisions.\n\n* Compensation certification CCP or PHR/ SPHR highly desired. \n\n* Overall HR experience and comprehensive understanding of compensation practices, programs, and plans.\n\n* Experience working with sales teams and designing sales incentive plans\n\n* Job architecture design experience preferred\n\n* Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations relating to compensation (FLSA and DOL).\n\n* Requires excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Office.\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMNTN Perks:\n\n\n100% remote within US\n\nFlexible vacation policy\n\nAnnual vacation allowance for travel related expenses\n\nThree-day weekend every month of the year\n\nCompetitive compensation\n\n100% healthcare coverage\n\n401k plan\n\nFlexible Spending Account (FSA) for dependent, medical, and dental care\n\nAccess to coaching, therapy, and professional development\n\n\n\n\n \n\nAbout MNTN:\n\nOur recruiters will always reach out using an email address ending with @mountain.com.
