As the Financial Reporting Manager, you will manage the external financial reporting process, intercompany and consolidations, accounting for Fender Digital, and other complex accounting topics such as equity-based awards and leases. Additionally, you will play a key role in technical accounting research and the preparation of memos to support conclusions reached. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in general accounting and US GAAP, strong analytical and problem-solving ability. The ideal candidate will have the aptitude to lead, motivate and recognize a team of accountants.
