They work closely with multiple teams to ensure that cloud and system resources are provisioned, managed, and maintained efficiently. \n\n\n Tasks include deploying, configuring and maintaining cloud and on-premises systems and services for all office locations, managing access permissions, monitoring and optimizing performance.\n\n\nWhen operational issues escalate, this candidate acts in a tier 2 role to investigate, troubleshoot and resolve them promptly. You will work with a team of 10 Engineers that bring various levels of expertise. You will need to be able to provide technical mentorship to ensure team collaboration and the ability to enhance over all team technical aptitude. The technical environment you will support is Windows Server based: utilize VMware / Cloud Solutions / Network Storage and Backup Solutions.
