**What we’re doing**\n\n80% of the global workforce doesn’t sit behind a desk - think retail assistants, waiters, bartenders, care assistants, nurses and so on. **The salary range is so wide because** I would like some of the compensation to be variable or performance based (such as bonuses when new apps and or meaningful features are launched).
