In this role, you will be the go-to person to intimately understand the member, client and business needs. You will be responsible to create buy-in for the product vision both internally and externally, and translate that vision into detailed requirements via jira stories. With best-in-class member experience being the center of your decisions, you will be responsible to execute your product ideas with a team of engineers, track outcomes, and continuously iterate using the SAFe agile framework. In this role, you will focus on aspects of our in-app core member experience including content, scheduling, and support plans.
