\nJob Summary: \n\nWe are looking for a Marketing Manager to help grow our business in Israel. In this role, the Marketing Manager will provide market specific knowledge and e-commerce industry expertise to drive customer acquisition growth, increase brand awareness and improve customer engagement. \n\n \n\nJob Expectations:\n\nMarketing\n\n\n* Develop a deep understanding of what resonates with customers in Israel and design appropriate communication journeys to drive brand awareness in Israel\n\n* Enhance existing marketing strategy and test different channels to design optimal media mix\n\n* Collaborate cross functionally to further localize existing digital marketing efforts (paid media, affiliate, CRM)\n\n* Work with external agencies to manage local marketing initiatives\n\n\n\n\n \n\nPartnerships\n\n\n* Lead partnership development activities to drive customer and sales growth in Israel; marketing partnerships across payment, financial services, affiliates, influencers and other platforms.\n\n* Identify and assess strategic business opportunities and partnerships through ongoing research of consumer behavior, industry trends and emerging technology.\n\n* Management of partner relationships on a day-to-day basis.\n\n* Collaborate cross-functionally to develop various marketing promotions and events by leveraging partner relationships\n\n* Together with Director of Marketing, International Markets, serve as main point of contact during partnership deal negotiations\n\n\n\n\n \n\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:\n\nRequired: \n\n\n* Strong understanding of the e-commerce industry and competitive landscape in Israel\n\n* Strong understanding of Israel online shopping trends and behavior\n\n* Native fluency (verbal and written) in Hebrew is a requirement; language test required\n\n* Strong partner engagement skills with the ability to develop relationships, and magnify existing partner channels\n\n* Deep channel experience in one or more of the following: paid media, social media, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, CRM\n\n* Comfortable with analyzing data and crafting a narrative based on data\n\n* Ability to prioritize, identify problems, quickly devise feasible solution options, disseminate appropriate information to relevant partners and ultimately bring about timely resolution\n\n* Marketing agency management experience required\n\n* Experience in working with international companies and global brands required\n\n* Strong leadership behavior, sound judgment, great decision making capabilities, problem solving skills.\n\n* This will be a remote work position based in the United States, reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, International Markets\n\n\n\n\n \n\nEquipment Knowledge:\n\n\n* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)\n\n* Experience with Google Business Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms) preferred\n\n\n\n\n \n\nExperience Requirements:\n\nGenerally requires a minimum of 8+ years of overall digital marketing and partnership experience.\n\n\n\n\n\nEducation Requirements: \n\nBachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field preferred, or a combination of education and equivalent work experience.\n\n \n\n#LI-LR1 \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
