You will work alongside marketing and creative experts, engineering teams, and agencies. You will design processes, evaluate technologies and frameworks and develop responsive web interfaces that deliver exceptional user experiences to our multi-persona user base. We offer a highly-rewarding remote working environment, a motivated and purpose-driven team and excellent development opportunities. \n\n* \nDesign, build and maintain websites, landing pages and web applications across different platforms and channels.\n\n* \nMaintain quality and ensure responsiveness of various web assets for mobile and desktop.\n\n* \nCollaborate with the marketing team to launch/publish new features.\n\n* \nWork with the Community Team, ensuring broad participation from the Cardano community in shaping Cardano’s online content.\n\n* \nWork with graphic designers to convert design mockups into front end code.\n\n* \nMaintain security and data protection measures for all web assets\n\n* \nManage / Maintain SEO and online marketing metrics.\n\n\n\n\n* \nProven experience of contributing to web design and improvement for new and existing projects.\n\n* \nA minimum of 5 years hands-on front end development experience building functional, responsive web applications.\n\n* \nDeep knowledge of JavaScript including GatsbyJS, React, Node.js or similar frameworks, HTML and CSS.\n\n* \nKnowledge of agile management of frequent, iterative releases leveraging CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins, etc.).\n\n* \nGood command of English (both written and spoken).\n\n* \nCollaborative self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment.\n\n* \nTeam player with a track record of working effectively with international teams and different stakeholders\n\n* \nYou have strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.\n\n* \nYou are focused on achieving goals in a fast-paced environment.\n\n* \nAbility to work autonomously with minimal supervision.\n\n* \nAbility to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.\n\n* \nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.\n\n* \nAbility to understand user requirements and develop solutions.\n\n\n\n\n* \nAn understanding of blockchain technology, Proof of Stake, wallets and key management.\n\n* \nExperience with web3 libraries and dApp development.\n\n* \nExperience with JavaScript data visualisation libraries such as d3js\n\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
