This role will be responsible for\nmanaging and coordinating the team and daily tasks of EMEA region. \n\n\n\nWhat will I be doing?\n* Develop and execute short and long-term financial strategies for the company, including liquidity and FX risk management.\n\n\n* Responsible for the cash management of EMEA countries, manage and track incoming and outgoing funds, ensuring adequate liquidity on the countries.\n\n\n* Supervising cash flow estimations and forecasts, hedge strategy, analysis of the flow of funds and needs per country. \n\n\n* Manage relations with the banks and other financial partners, ensuring access to necessary financial resources and the best financial conditions.\n\n\n* Lead the monitoring of financial markets in EMEA countries, assessing their impact on the company, and proposing adjustments to treasury strategies as needed.\n\n\n* Reporting of main KPI per country.\n* Supervising SOX controls. \n* Work together with other teams of the company in a fast-paced environment\n\n\n\n\n\nWhat skills do I need?\n* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or similar field.\n* MBA. CPA, Financial Analyst (CFA), or other financial or management certifications.\n\n\n* 10+ years of experience with treasury management in multinational companies.
