Come join us and help build a mission-driven company dedicated to improving healthcare!\n\n\n\nWhat You'll Do at OM1\n* Perform complex data investigation and database queries\n* Programmatically validate complex outcome measures and other derived variables based on large-scale healthcare data\n* Work with clinical informatics, epidemiology, data science and engineering to develop innovative solutions to abstract and integrate data from diverse sources in support of designing and analyzing studies with large-scale healthcare data\n* Draft descriptive analysis plans, write analysis specifications, perform analyses and interpret results and reports for study teams\n* Lead analytic projects and interpret results for the study teams\n* Serve as an in-house expert for knowledge sharing and training\n\n\n\nExperience You'll Bring\n* Excellent programming skills with SAS and SQL, with a minimum of 2 years of experience\n* Ability to work well cross functionally, especially with technical teams\n* Excellent written and oral communication\n* Experience working with un-cleansed healthcare data from multiple sources\n* Outstanding critical thinking, questioning, and listening skills; superior attention to detail\n* Ability to prioritize work, operate under tight deadlines, and meet deadlines.\n* Master's Degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics or related fields nice to have\n\n\n\n\n\nIf youโre excited about this role but your past experience doesnโt align perfectly with every qualification, we encourage you to apply anyway.
