SRE\nYour Impact\n\nAs a contributor in the SRE organization, you are passionate about delivering solutions to the real-time problems our mission-critical cloud native services encounter. You are also obsessed about achieving the high quality and reliability our customers demand. You will work closely not only with the SRE division, but your technical deliverables will reach the entire engineering organization to enable product teams to continuously deliver features on the vanguard of innovation.\n\n\nWhat You'll Do\n\nLocation: Remote anywhere in Australia\n\n\n* Build robust, easy-to-use foundational platforms and tools that enable engineering teams to provision services rapidly, consistently, and securely.\n\n* Exemplify cloud-native site reliability best practices.\n\n* Write code that is performant, maintainable, clear, and concise.\n\n* Employ strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug problems in cloud native distributed systems.\n\n* Influence and educate the engineering organization to adopt new and improved architectural patterns.\n\n* Provide robust documentation for use by engineers to promote self-service\n\n* Take calculated risks, champion new ideas, and cultivate your craft.\n\n\n\n\n \nWhat You Bring \n\n\n* 5+ years of applicable experience\n\n* Strong Operating Systems Skills, preferably Linux\n\n* Experience managing cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or similar.\n\n* Experience operating in Kubernetes platforms like AKS, EKS, or similar.\n\n* Experience using managed languages such as Python, Go, C#, Java, or similar.\n\n* Experience utilizing CI/CD platforms to automate provisioning infrastructure, software builds, tests, and releases.\n\n* Experience using observability tools such as APM, logging, and metrics to assist with debugging issues.\n\n* Experience designing tooling to simplify the operational management of SaaS/PaaS systems.\n\n* Familiarity with building flexible and testable Infrastructure as Code modules.\n\n* Empathy to support the needs of software engineers.\n\n* Australian government security clearance, or ability to obtain clearance (AUS citizenship) required\n\n\n\n\n \nBenefits that Benefit You\n\n\n* Competitive Salary\n\n* Annual Bonus and Restricted Stock Unit Eligibility\n\n* Attractive Paid Time Off\n\n* Monthly Stipend for Medical Insurance\n\n* Enhanced Maternity and Paternity Leave for All Employees\n\n* Fitness Programs\n\n* Emotional & Mental Wellness Support\n\n* Learning & Development Programs\n\n\n\n\nBenefits listed herein may vary depending on the nature of your employment and the location where you work. \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
