Come Build the Future with Us now!\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\n\n\nDesign and implement ongoing growth and marketing activities to engage, acquire and retain user pool and trading volume in Africa region\n\n\n\nHandle disputes arising from P2P transactions on the platform and support users/clients with troubleshooting to resolve their issues\n\n\n\nConstant monitoring of transactions, investigating and reporting suspicious activities\n\n\n\nConduct market surveys to understand users’ needs and identify gaps for product improvements\n\n\n\nAbility to leverage on regional user data and insights to contribute to the team’s growth & ops strategies\n\n\n\nConsistently and comprehensively communicate with key stakeholders to ensure the shared understanding of goals, deadlines and deliverables\n\n\n\nContinuous market research to identify and leverage growth opportunities for the product (including but not limited to market comparison analysis, business opportunities recommendations and relevant local market news)\n\n\n\nBoost sales and contribute to our long term business goals by growing and establishing relationships with potential clients/agents/partners\n\n\n\n\nWhat We Look For In You\n\n\nSolid relevant experience in business development and marketing roles in the crypto industry\n\n\n\nKnowledge of blockchain, crypto, and P2P payments is a must\n\n\n\nPreferably a crypto P2P user\n\n\n\nExceptional written and communication skills in English and native African language to liaise with local stakeholders\n\n\n\nOrganized, meticulous and result-oriented, strong problem-solving & analytical skills\n\n\n\n\nNice to Have\n\n\nExperience working across time zones and cross-cultural teams\n\n\n\nBonus points if you have previously worked at a crypto exchange\n\n\n\nPassionate about blockchain technology and the crypto payments space\n\n\n\n\nPerks & Benefits\n\n\nCompetitive total compensation package\n\n\n\nL&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development\n\n\n\nVarious team building programs and company events\n\n\n\nMore that we love to tell you along the process!\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
