Remote Senior Manager IP Venues
\nAt Paytm Insider, we’re looking for an amazing addition to our Live entertainment vertical who can work venue partnerships, deals and live entertainment programming (artists, ips, activations) across various regions for Paytm Insider.\n\n\nResponsibilities:\n*Building & leading a team to create the foundation of the company’s foray into venue partnerships\n*Creative & Strategic input to develop new partnerships which include:\n-Creating a vision and a metric for success for the effort around this new vertical\n-Owning & managing PnL’s & processes\n-Onboaring a competent team\n-Venue programming\n-Liasing with internal teams to keep the venues running and full\n-Venue branding for paytm, paytm insider and sponsor brands\n-Client servicing\n-Being onground for events\n*Working towards qualitative and quantitative targets of the vertical along with the dedicated team\n\n\n\nRequirements\n* 6+ years of experience in a similar role within live entertainment \n* Experience in working with onground ticketed IPs, Festivals and Artist Tours\n* Experience in working with clubs/pubs/malls/venues/spaces along with basic know how of PnLs for the same\n* Fair understanding of artists across genres, relevant IPs and trends within the live entertainment industry\n* Excellent attention to detail, follow-through, organization, and resourcefulness\n* You should be able to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise responsibilities\n* You should be able to lead a team \n* Strong network of industry connects (venues, artists, management agencies, producers, promoters, brands, etc)\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
