You’ll establish strong relationships with developers by crafting clear and easy to use resources to help them build on SupraOracles. You will champion developer interests, and translate their feedback into actionable insights for our product and engineering teams. The candidate will have an opportunity to interact with the brightest Cryptography researchers and work with highly talented engineers in building a robust blockchain platform from scratch. The candidate will get to apply their growth strategies for our community around breakthrough Web3 concepts in challenging real-world settings. This position will report to the VP of Ecosystem.\n\n\nResponsibilities\n\n\n* Build out Developer Relations program structure (mentorship, management, streamlining workflow processes)\n\n* Create and operate the developer relations community on Gitter/GitHub\n\n* Partnerships with the Rust Foundation, Skillsmatter and many more\n\n* “Product” ownership in front of all stakeholders (marketing, engineering, business development, compliance)\n\n* Developing high quality onboarding resources such as demo apps, code templates, technical guides, tutorials and blog posts\n\n* Presenting at developer conferences, hackathons, boot camps and other developer workshops\n\n* Supporting developers, understanding their challenges and translating feedback into actionable insights\n\n* Hosting webinars and other developer engagement sessions on Discord and Twitter to grow our community (webinars, workshops and hackathons)\n\n* Create developer tools, SDKs, and APIs for Supra L1 blockchain ecosystem and microservices including oracle, VRF, automation, and cross-chain interoperability\n\n\n\nAre you the right person for this role?\n\nThe ideal candidate for us has:\n\n\n* 4+ years actively engaged experience with open-source projects\n\n* Professional experience in blockchain, crypto, and Web3, especially in blockchain infrastructure or DeFi\n\n* Proficiency in programming languages especially in Rust/Move/Solidity/Javascript\n\n* Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Science\n\n* Experience in working with GitHub codebases\n\n* Working knowledge of developer tools like SDKs and APIs\n\n* Proactive, strong written and verbal communication skills.
