\nAbout this role\n\n\n* Working from San Francisco, youโll support our Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) Brand Partnerships team. This means working a schedule of 1pm to 9pm PST in Spring/Summer and 12pm to 8pm PST in Fall/Winter\n\n* Faireโs quality, depth and breadth of supply is its strongest value proposition to retailers and our Brand Partnerships team is at the forefront of our success by ensuring that the best and most relevant brands are on our platform. You will be directly contributing to the companyโs success by scaling our current supply and ensuring that we meet the needs of our retailers.\n\n* We need an agile self-starter who can ramp quickly and help us manage our prospective brands and partnership opportunities. Faireโs goal is to be the default platform for brands to sell their products wholesale and for independent retailers to source products for their store. That means there will be no shortage of opportunity to learn and grow as we continue to build the company in the coming months and years.\n\n\n\n\nWhat youโll do \n\n\n* Learn and build an understanding of our sales process and collaborate with the team to build our brand directory\n\n* Prospect/identify high-value brands that are a good fit for Faireโs retailers\n\n* Directly contribute to our brand growth by qualifying inbound leads and applicant brands\n\n* Identify customer needs and solve for gaps with creative outreach strategy & discovery including, but limited to: email copy, warm/cold calls, social media outreach, in-person events\n\n* Relationship development with both brand partners as well as our Account Executive Sales team\n\n* Have room to grow through special projects and into a full-fledged sales role or other opportunities within the company\n\n\n\n\nQualifications\n\nMust Haves\n\n\nThe ability to work hours that support ANZ local timezone (1pm to 9pm PST in Spring/Summer, 12pm to 8pm PST in Fall/Winter)\n\n* A Bachelorโs degree or equivalent work experience\n\n* Passionate about our mission and working with small businesses -- many of whom are artisans and entrepreneurs -- and helping them thrive\n\n* Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills\n\n* Motivated, curious, action-forward, and leads with integrity\n\n* Clear organization and time management skills for handling 100s of prospective brand accounts\n\n* Driven to learn & interpret data through running reports through sales systems\n\n* Meticulous attention to detail & strong judgment in assessing best brand fits for Faire\n\n* Excited to join and contribute to a fast-moving, high-potential, culture driven environment & comfortable with change\n\n\n\n\nNice to Haves\n\n\n* Experience with Salesforce or any Sales automation system (e.g. Salesloft)\n\n* 1-2 years+ of retail or customer-facing work experience\n\n* Seeking strong work culture + community\n\n* Entrepreneurial mindset!\n\n\n\n\nOn-Target Earnings (OTE) Range\n\nCalifornia: the pay range for this role is $60,000 - $82,500 per year. \n\nThis role will also be eligible for equity and benefits. Actual On-Target Earnings (OTE) will be determined based on permissible factors such as transferable skills, work experience, market demands, and primary work location.
