Remote Quality Assurance Analyst
\nCivitas Learning is seeking a QA Analyst to be part of a talented, mission-driven team that is building powerful tools that will greatly increase student success.\n\nOur QA Analysts are collaborative and encouraged to bring new ideas to the table. We are problem solvers and want to work with people who are passionate about our mission and have a desire to be part of a rapidly expanding, high-performance team.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n\n* Responsible for testing software by creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test scenarios and test cases.\n\n* Collaborate with other team members in software engineering and follow best practices with a focus on improving test coverage.\n\n* Debug and manage existing bugs, effectively reproducing and logging bugs using QA tools.\n\n* Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate quality testing activities.\n\n* Perform regression testing, considering system impact.\n\n* Test current products, identify deficiencies and be proactive about suggesting solutions\n\n* Act as a team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.\n\n\n\n\nQualifications \n\n\n* College degree or equivalent\n\n* 3–5 years of experience in software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.\n\n* Strong knowledge of software QA best practices.\n\n* Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.\n\n* Good knowledge of SQL.\n\n* Intermediate English level. \n\n\n\n\nNice to haves\n\n\n* Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (Cypress or Playwright).\n\n* Experience with accessibility testing.\n\n* Experience with test management tools (e.g., Zephyr, AIO, or Testrail).\n\n* Experience with performance and/or security testing.\n\n\n\n\n \n\n \n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
