You will partner with design and engineering to understand our clients’ needs, develop prototypes, ship, analyze data, interview clients, and iterate on product features. \n\n\nPlease note that this posting is meant for our team to keep all interested applicants in mind for future PM opportunities!\n\n\n\nIn this role you will:\n* Oversee the planning, development, and launch of new product experiences that continuously raise the bar on quality, performance, and ambition.\n* Set the product vision and strategy, partnering with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and others.\n* Lead the planning, development, and launch of projects.\n* Break down complex, behind-the-scenes projects into discrete phases that deliver value to clients and the business incrementally.\n* Establish and own a variety of metrics related to performance and client outcomes.\n* Talk directly to customers to uncover problems, identify unmet needs, and validate potential solutions.\n* Help elevate the Product Management practice at Wealthsimple and create an inclusive and supportive team culture.\n\n\n\nSkills we are looking for: \n* A multi-year track record of building and shipping products that customers love. You’ve owned a complete product or large parts of an offering and are comfortable leading large, complex, cross-functional projects.\n* Curiosity and a thirst for learning. You dig deep into any problem you encounter until you’ve cracked the nut on what’s really important. \n* A shipping mentality. We don't believe in spending forever analyzing and debating.
