In 2023, Kueski was recognized as the top BNPL platform by Fintech Breakthrough and earned the title of one of Mexico's most ethical companies from AMITAI. \n\n\n\n\nPurpose\n\n\nAs a Product Manager III at Kueski you will work closely and primarily with engineering and design teams translating market insights into actionable product strategies through agile development as well as collaborating in defining the strategy to achieve short, mid, and long-term goals. This role will mainly focus on understanding the market needs, defining a product vision, and collaborating with a cross-functional team to develop and launch new products.\n\n\n\nKey Responsibilities\n* Develop Epics and User Stories for implementing initiatives\n* Drive this alignment across teams & stakeholders. \n* Understand the intent behind the new product or product release.\n* Ensure the backlog for upcoming sprints is up to date.\n* Accountable for bringing customer needs to the table and understanding how Kueski can deliver value based on them. \n* Establish and drive a consistent shipping cadence.\n* Ensure product quality is high, with few bugs and issues. Contributes to QA of product features.\n* Ensure teams are focused by default on scoping small.\n* Perform validation testing of production releases, bug fixes, and feature requests.\n* Continuously monitor how their product/use case is behaving to understand if they are hitting the right metrics. They share this with their team.\n\n\n\nPosition Requirements\n* Worked in a startup environment\n* Experience defining end-to-end products\n* 5+ Product Management experience defining end-to-end products\n* Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile development environment.\n* Experience with web/ mobile development technologies.\n* Technical knowledge to define complex solutions and translate them into awesome products.\n* Ideally, the candidate would have experience with payment providers \n* English: Advanced\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
