The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ABM campaigns, coupled with proficiency in leveraging platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and other ABM tools.\n\n\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n* Develop and execute performance marketing strategies tailored to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.\n* Oversee and optimize ABM campaigns on a global scale, ensuring alignment with company objectives and target audience segments.\n* Manage and allocate budgets effectively across various marketing channels to maximize ROI.\n* Collaborate closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.\n* Analyze campaign performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to enhance marketing effectiveness.\n* Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing, SaaS industry, and ABM strategies.\n\n\n\nRequirements:\n* Bachelor's degree with a Minimum of 7 years of overall marketing experience with at least 5 years in the SaaS industry.\n* 3+ years of hands-on experience managing marketing initiatives targeting the US market.\n* Proven track record of successfully executing ABM campaigns on a global scale for a minimum of 4 years.\n* Expertise in LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads, and proficiency in other ABM tools.\n* Strong analytical skills with knowledge in GA4 and Lookerstudio.\n* Understanding SEO best practices is a plus.\n\n\n\nPerks & Benefits :\n* Remote first culture.\n* Home office Infra Allowance.\n* Industry-leading compensation and benefits.\n* Premium Healthcare/Wellness benefits for Employee and Family.\n* Open culture and working with a young and dynamic team.\n* Career advancement opportunities.\n* Generous vacation policy leading to great work life balance.\n\n\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
