In this newly created position, you will play a critical role in managing partnerโs relationships and continually discovering and providing value for our partnerโs success. \n\nWith an abundance of unclaimed opportunities ahead of us, youโll be at the forefront of a team that grows Rhinoโs transformative platform to the market on a massive scale.\nIn this role you will: \n\n\nOwn and manage our relationship with our vendor support representatives.\n\nDevelop and implement Partner Support processes and workflows to include SOPs, SLAs and regular inspection.\n\nProvide ongoing, proactive leadership and support to generate high levels of partner satisfaction and success. Act as an escalation point for partner support needs.\n\nDevelop and maintain departmental materials including training manuals, policies/procedures, best practices, etc.\n\nAnticipate hiring needs and communicate to leadership appropriately.\n\nPerform task-specific training for new hires. Act as primary business stakeholder for the department.\n\nPerpetuate an environment of constant improvement. Look for opportunities to improve and/or streamline processes to ensure a better experience for participants.\n\nProvide recommendations for departmental tools and resources. Ensure clear communication of important updates and company information to your team.\n\nProject management \n\nDevelop, track, and report on relevant KPI/metrics.\n\nProvide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership teams based on expert knowledge of the Rhino platform.\n\nEngage in internal product discussions, translating customer usage and feedback into actionable insights and feature ideas\n\nCommunicate client insights across all relevant departments to optimize partner experience and add value across their portfolio.\n\nProject Manage function: conceptualize, collaborate, and execute on interdepartmental initiatives and projects that drive business results.\n\n\n\n\nWeโre ideally seeking:\n\n\n1+ years in a Manager or above role in Customer Support/CX, preferably in B2B2C business\n\n3+ years experience in a CX or Customer Success/Support role\n\nExperience working with CRMs such as: Salesforce\n\nStrong writing skills. An expert communicator in both small-talk & high-pressure moments.\n\nExcellent time-management skills. Takes the lead on projects while juggling other tasks.\n\nStrong attention to detail, organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.\n\nPhenomenal interpersonal skills when handling and understanding customer needs\n\nProven experience creating processes and solutions that enable a team to scale and deliver better customer experience across omnichannel support. \n\nAbility to analyze data and understand the relationship between customer happiness and the impact on revenue and production.\n\nProject Management acumen \n\nEnthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire others\n\nGreat interpersonal skills and a team player\n\nA burning desire to win and reach overall company goals\n\nFlexibility - we are disrupting an industry so changes to traditional processes should be expected\n\n\n\n\nCompetencies: \n\n\nCustomer focus. We are looking for a team member that receives and gives trust, feedback, and recognition.\n\n\n\n\nCompensation & Benefits\n\nBase Salary Range: $89,000 - $118,000\n\nRhino has partnered with a number of compensation benchmarking tools to determine competitive and fair market pay bands for our size and stage. Our goal is to ensure each employee is paid equitably and competitively while also maintaining a consistent and standardized methodology.\n\nIndividual pay decisions are based on a number of factors including qualifications for the role, experience level and balancing internal equity relative to other Rhinos.\n\nBase salary is just one part of our Total Rewards Package here at Rhino.
