With your exceptional communication skills and sales prowess, you'll conduct outbound calls daily, set face-to-face appointments, and provide outstanding customer service through regular follow-ups.\nIf you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy exceeding sales targets, and are eager to make a meaningful impact, this role is perfect for you. \nKey Responsibilities\n\nQualifies inbound and outbound inquiries and converts them to sales appointments for Regional Account Managers\n\nWork closely with Regional Account Managers to ensure a seamless lead handoff process\n\nMaintain a lead pipeline in Salesforce\n\nConduct outbound calling every day to set face-to-face appointments, ensuring outstanding customer service through regular follow-ups, reporting regularly to Management\n\nFollow up on leads to opportunities using Salesforce to ensure needs are being met and opportunities are being won/closed\n\nAdminister and execute corporate promotions, programs, campaigns, and new product introductions\n\nResearch a list of targeted accounts using the provided tools to find the key contacts and decision-makers for DM products\n\nMeet and/or exceed monthly activity goals, quarterly revenue targets, and other key sales metrics established by the business and sales leadership team \n\nEffectively utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and other programs to plan and record sales activities, identify and log potential sales opportunities, and provide key information as needed \n\nParticipate in regular product training and development programs to demonstrate the benefit of all DM products, services, sales processes, and systems \n\n\n\nQualifications\n\n1-2 years of related inside sales experience with emphasis on both outbound and inbound calling\n\nHas quota-based sales experience with sales impact on performance, quota attainment, and promotion\n\nBachelorโs Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.com\n\nExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written\n\nGood organizational skills and the ability to multitask\n\nAn energetic and positive person who is motivated to deliver strong results and win\n\nA fast-thinker with a strong ability to challenge customers to try something new\n\nExcellent phone and cold calling skills\n\nStrong listening and sales skills\n\n\n\n\nThis position is fully remote. \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
