We are looking for:\nA driven, analytical and well-rounded HR and Talent Acquisition specialist, passionate about talent, capable of designing and driving efficient processes, skilled at โcherry-pickingโ talent, fast and at scale. An ideal candidate is capable of working independently and collaborating with hiring manager. If you are able to think in terms of scale and big picture but keep your feet on the ground and ensure operational excellence and quality throughout details of the process - you will thrive in our environment. \nNB. although the role can be remote, we're looking for candidates who are based in a time zone within two hours of Brussels (in either direction)\n Background and experience \nEducation: studies in communications, sociology, anthropology, economics, finance, business or humanities\n\n> 3 years professional experience in a process-driven business development, human relations, HR or similar is required ; experience in recruiting top mid- to senior talent across a wide range of functions (can also be Tech specific) is a significant plus\n\nExperience in high growth talent acquisition function preferably in top tier tech or fintech industry; experience in high growth algorithmic trading will be a significant plus\n\nHands on experience and track record in employer branding would be a significant plus\n\nInterest or experience in trading and digital assets markets is a plus\n\n\n Competences and personality \nStrong combined result- and quality-orientation \n\nProcess-driven and capable of structuring these\n\nTolerance to ambiguity and rapid change \n\nThe ability to proactively conceptualize, plan and organize your own work\n\nStrong ownership of projects\n\nThe ability to work independently or in a team in a flexible manner\n\nAbility to combine understanding of big picture with strong attention to detail combined \n\nCapacity to connect with people and work effectively in team environments\n\nVery good analytical and systemic thinking skills\n\nFamiliar with applicant tracking systems, job boards and recruitment platforms\n\nGeneral tech savviness and strong affinity for work management and productivity tools\n\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\n\nLanguages: fluent in English (oral & written). \n\n\n Job description\nSupporting variety of HR processes as per need\n\nOwning and managing hands on full cycle recruitment for roles in a dedicated business area - from job design up until employee onboarding\n\nAct as an internal expert for trends, good practices and market tendencies\n\nOverseeing and continuous improvement of our processes and practices (including education of everyone involved in hiring) to facilitate rapid high growth and simultaneously ensure great quality of experience\n\nCollaborating with hiring managers on collecting requirements, managing expectations, educating about processes and market and overall supporting throughout the hiring process\n\nDeveloping the employer brand through advertising, promotion and community involvement with occasional participation in carefully selected recruitment focused events (possible collaboration with marketing department of Keyrock)\n\n\n Our recruitment philosophy\nWe believe the most important aspect of our recruitment process is self-awareness: we are looking for people who have a clear understanding of themselves and what they are looking for in their professional career.
