Everyone joined Kasa because they are passionate about delivering high-quality standards to ensure that our guests love their experience while staying with Kasa.\nA Day in the life of a House Attendant!\n\nAs a House Attendant at STILE Downtown Los Angeles by Kasa, you will be support our Room Attendants in maintaining cleanliness and organization within our hotel. The House Attendant plays a pivotal role in ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests by assisting in various housekeeping tasks. Act as an advocate for the hotel, be a creator of ridiculously personal experiences and develop relationships with guests that will compel them to return.\n\n\n* Collaborate with the Housekeeping Department to support Room Attendants in their daily tasks.\n\n* Assist in the cleaning and preparation of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.\n\n* Replenish supplies such as linens, amenities, and cleaning products for Room Attendants.\n\n* Remove trash and dirty linens from guest rooms and transport to designated areas.\n\n* Ensure all corridors, elevators, stairways, and other public areas are kept clean and presentable.\n\n* Support Room Attendants with the delivery of guest requests promptly and efficiently.\n\n* Assist in organizing housekeeping carts and storage areas, ensuring supplies are well-stocked.\n\n* Perform periodic deep cleaning tasks as assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager.\n\n* Utilize our task management software to complete a checklist for each checklist, and upload the required photos for each area.\n\n* Assist with cleaning guest rooms as needed.\n\n\n\nExperience\n\n\n* Extremely motivated team player with a desire to get things done!\n\n* Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role preferred.\n\n* Ability to be flexible, and pivot when necessary.\n\n* Readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service.\n\n* You're comfortable lifting objects up to 25-50 pounds and standing or walking for up to 8 hours a day.\n\n\n\nPlus if...\n\n\n* 1-2 years of experience in Housekeeping.\n\n\n\nIn one year, you will succeed at Kasa by having:\n\n\n* Have become a PRO at our task management software, Breezeway.\n\n* Provide fearless feedback about our systems, and how we work!\n\n\n\nCurious about the Kasa experience?
