Remote Head of Product
\nAbout the DeFi Protocol\n\n\nOne of our incubated DeFi protocols is pioneering a new era of on-chain credit. The platform enables under-collateralised on-chain credit facilities which a borrower can parameterise however they wish.\n\n\nWorking For the DeFi Protocol\n\n\nAs head of product, you will be responsible for turning the protocol into a leading decentralised credit facilitator; spearheading growth by both helping to construct and then directing the execution of an ambitious roadmap with highly differentiated features. You’ll work on making everything happen - juggling applications of your technical skills, business sense and creativity - while working hand-in-hand with talented founders, developers and designers to make sure that all parties are both in sync and executing on their tasks.\n\n\n\nResponsibilities \n* Product Strategy:\n* Develop a mid-term product roadmap based on deep market understanding, user feedback and product vision.\n* Propose/prioritise differentiated functionality leading to a larger-scale product vision.\n\n\n\n* Roadmap Delivery:\n* Coordinate a growing team of developers and designers to deliver against the defined roadmap.\n* Specify product and feature requirements, manage development workstreams, communicate with developers and continuously test the product.\n* Create and manage user-facing product documentation, in whatever format you deem most appropriate.\n\n\n\n* Go To Market & Community:\n* Align founders to define the best go-to-market strategy, alongside executing product marketing activities.\n* Designing and executing experiments and tests to tailor product-market-fit to specific sectors and opportunities.\n* Select strategic vendors and partnerships to help products grow faster.\n* Closely engage with user communities via various channels.\n\n\n\nRequirements\n* Product management experience (or similar) within a high performing organisation that shipped good products; experience in a DeFi protocol or other crypto-native company is an advantage, and experience working in credit doubly so.\n* Business-oriented mindset to construct and prioritise product roadmap based on concrete business needs and goals.\n* Experience building complex products (or components thereof) from scratch.\n* Technical background and ability to understand software: an understanding of smart contracts and common DeFi patterns is a significant advantage.\n* Excellent problem solving skills - you should be able to think through solutions from first principles and find solutions.\n* Excellent organisational skills - you are known for tracking tasks (big and small), making sure nothing falls between the cracks and everyone is kept in the loop.\n* Entrepreneur/ownership mentality - thinking big, taking calculated risks, driven by market feedback, willingness to work extended hours and do whatever it takes.\n\n\n\nOffer\n* An unparalleled opportunity to contribute to a project that stands apart from the usual NFT projects, AMMs, or yield farms within the crypto sphere.
