Remote Head of Growth
\nXverse is the most advanced and user-friendly Bitcoin wallet, supporting Ordinals, Runes, BRC20, Stacks, and Rare Sats. Available on iOS, Android, and as a Chrome browser extension, Xverse enables secure management of Bitcoin on layer 1 and layer 2 networks like Stacks, with more networks coming soon. Our globally distributed, agile, and fast-moving team is focused on onboarding the next 1 billion users to web3, positioning Xverse as the go-to wallet and gateway.\nWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Growth to lead our growth initiatives and drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling digital products, particularly within the fintech or blockchain industries. As the Head of Growth, you will manage our amazing growth team and work closely with product and engineering to develop and execute strategies that fuel our rapid growth and help us achieve our ambitious goals (1B users), including exploring and optimizing revenue models.\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n* Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple channels.\n\n* Explore and optimize revenue models, identifying potential revenue streams and experimenting with monetization strategies.\n\n* Utilize data analytics to identify growth opportunities, and make informed decisions based on data, optimize marketing campaigns, and improve user experience.\n\n* Work closely with the product team on product strategies, bringing insights from user analytics to inform product development and prioritize features that will drive growth.\n\n* Build and lead a high-performing global growth team, including marketing and analytics professionals.\n\n* Identify and establish strategic partnerships to expand our reach and enhance our product offering.\n\n* Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and inform strategic decisions.\n\n* Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to attract new users and increase wallet adoption.\n\n* Design and implement strategies to retain and engage users\n\n* Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.\n\n* Stay current with the latest growth tactics and technologies, continuously experimenting to find new ways to drive growth.\n\n\n\nRequirements:\n\n* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a growth-related role, preferably within the Web3/crypto industry\n\n* Proven ability to lead and inspire a global team to achieve ambitious goals.\n\n* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.\n\n* Ability to develop and execute effective growth strategies.\n\n* Experience in exploring and optimizing revenue models, with a strong understanding of monetization strategies.\n\n* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.\n\n* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.\n\n* Familiarity with web3 technologies and passion for Bitcoin is highly desirable.\n\n* Experience working with globally distributed teams is a plus.\n\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
