\nResponsibilities:\n\nThe Global Time Design Program Manager will be responsible for both the policy and process for time & attendance across multiple regions. The leader will be an individual contributor that reports directly to the Director, Business Transformation, and will work cross functionally across multiple organizations and stakeholders on time projects that help the organization deliver efficient and compliant solutions. They will drive strategic and tactical decisions thru operations and technology, which enable a frustration free employee experience. The leader is highly detail oriented with a strong proven track record of managing projects with many moving parts. This role can be based remote anywhere in the United States.\n \nQualifications:\n\n* \nBachelor's degree & 5+ years of experience in managing time & attendance policies and procedures \n\n\n* \nKnowledge of time & attendance software systems\n\n\n* \n3+ years of project management experience.\n\n\n* \nStrong knowledge and experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with experience developing materials for executive leadership.\n\n\n* \nDemonstrated experience managing and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.\n\n\n* \nAbility to structure and scope complex problems, build documentation around it, and apply a range of analytical tools to develop solutions.\n\n\n* \nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\n\n\n* \nDemonstrated ability to work in ambiguous situations with stakeholders to drive resolution.\n\n\n* \nExperience driving and proposing process improvement opportunities to drive efficiency.\n\n\n* \nDetail-oriented and strong sense of urgency and able to escalate issues appropriately.\n\n\n\n\n\n#LI-NT5\n#LI-Remote \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
