If so, we invite you to explore the exciting opportunity to become a valued member of our team as a Capco Functional Analyst.\n\nLet’s Get Down To Business\n\nWe are looking for a Functional Analyst to join our Data/Digital team.\n\n\n* Establish collaborative relationships with external and internal stakeholders and prioritize functional requirements.\n\n* Conduct in-depth analysis of client requirements and business processes.\n\n* Translate business and technical needs into clear and concise functional descriptions.\n\n* Develop comprehensive test plans and support testing efforts to ensure quality deliverables.\n\n* Provide guidance to clients on best practices and solutions tailored to their unique needs.\n\n* Continuously assess and improve processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.\n\n\n\n\nShow Us What You’ve Got\n\nIt will be very useful if you have some or all the following skills and experience:\n\n\n* 3-8 years Functional Analysis experience\n\n* Agile related delivery experience\n\n* Proficiency in facilitating sessions with stakeholders to gather requirements\n\n* Familiar with epic, user story writing\n\n* Demonstrated ability to independently lead meetings with team members and stakeholders\n\n* Knowledge of process re-engineering will be an advantage\n\n* Effective and empathetic communicator with good interpersonal skills\n\n* Agile methodology experience (SAFe)\n\n* Financial Industry experience\n\n* Experience in Commercial, Digital and Retail banking\n\n\n\n\nWe value your professional experience, but what truly matters is that you share our passion for innovative ideas that put our clients at the forefront in a challenging market.
