\nEngineering Lead - Parachains\n\nParity Technologies builds core infrastructure for blockchains and Web 3.0 technologies. This means dealing with P2P networking, consensus algorithms, cryptography, databases, and decentralized applications.\n\nWe are looking to expand our Parachains Core team, which is responsible for developing the software and protocols used in Polkadot’s Parachains technology - primarily Parity’s Polkadot node itself and to some extent the Substrate stack it builds upon. \n\nThis is a hybrid engineering management/product management position.
