Parity Technologies is hiring a
Remote Director of Social Media & Influencer Relations

\n \n\nLocation: Remote, ideally not more than +/-7 hours from CET\n\nAs stewards of the Polkadot ecosystem, Parity is laying the foundation for a better web which respects the freedom and data of individuals and empowers developers to create better services through decentralized technology. The internet is too important to billions of people for it to be at the mercy of a few powerful companies. \n\nLike Polkadot, Parity was built on a foundation of being decentralized and open, which trickles down to how we work. Weโ€™re a distributed organization and have been from the beginning. Being distributed isnโ€™t just a way of doing businessโ€”itโ€™s a mentality that is at the core of our culture. We have a flat structure that pushes power to the edges and empowers our people to take ownership of their role, authority coupled with responsibilities.\nAbout the position:\n\nWe are looking for an experienced, strategic leader to build and manage organic global social media and influencer relations for Polkadot, Kusama, and the Web3 Foundation, leveraging both established and emerging platforms. With an already strong and active following, you will develop ambitious plans and strategies that place Polkadot at the center of the conversation about building a better web. Your assignment is to evolve the Polkadot social brand by illustrating the Web3 vision, becoming a magnetic force and fueling a movement for change, and attracting people from both in and outside the blockchain world. Polkadot is built for unbounded innovation, and as such, this is an opportunity to break the mold and be creative in your approach.\n\nYou will have a track record of building impactful social media campaigns, strong creative writing skills, and understand how to get the most out of social channels to build brands. You will also have either direct crypto experience and/or genuine passion and enthusiasm for Web3 and blockchain technology. An ability to collaborate and work and cross-functionally will be key to success. \n\nReporting to the VP of Communications, this entrepreneurial role is core to the foundation of the Communications team and our mission to cultivate community, communicate our purpose, and elevate our brand.\n\n \nResponsibilities:\n\n\n\n\nDevelop, lead and execute innovative social and influencer programs to drive engagement and further build the Polkadot community and vision for a better web \n\nBuild a world class โ€œalways onโ€ social media function and team with a global finger on the pulse of social channels, both established and emerging.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n* Own the creation and execution of an influencer marketing program including original content creation, influencer management, planning and execution\n\n\n\n\n\nCollaborate with a range of partners including creative teams, digital marketing, PR, content, and our ecosystem partners to identify and implement impactful and creative solutions to further the Polkadot brand\n\nCreate compelling, well-written organic narratives that breakthrough with various social audiences, including the crypto industry, developers, investors, media, and consumers that are new to Web3 and blockchain technology. \n\nBuild and manage a flexible and robust content calendar, inclusive of key moments for our ecosystem partners\n\nTrack success metrics, reporting on the impact of our social and influencer efforts that map to reach, engagement, growth and sentiment goals.\n\nStay up-to-date on the latest industry news and social media trends\n\nQuestion the status quo and explore on new ways of doing things with curiosity and conviction \n\nKnowledge of culturally relevant trends and events \n\n\n\nAbout you:\n\n\n\n\n8+ years of demonstrated hands on experience developing, managing, and scaling social media campaigns and teams across all platforms. Experience in crypto/blockchain/Web3 is a must.\n\n\nA comprehensive social media leader that acts with autonomy and enthusiasm to strategize, create, build a community, and manage a team\n\nAbility to identify and capitalize on trends, people, and conversations to drive conversations and content/storytelling opportunities in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment\n\nA deep understanding of crypto/blockchain social and its unique memes and lingo \n\nExperiencing tracking social metrics around sentiment and reach to quantify the value of all social & influencer efforts to the Polkadot community\n\nA mindset that lends to taking risks, finding the edge, and questioning the status quo\n\n\n\nProven track record of working in cross-functional teams including design, PR, marketing, business development, and finance\n\n\n\n\nExcellent project management and internal communication skills\n\n\nA belief that work can and should be fun\n\n\n\nAbout working for us:\nFor everyone who joins us:\n\n\nCompetitive remuneration packages, including tokens (where legally possible), based on iterative market research\n\nRemote-first, global working environment with flexible hours\n\nCollaborative, fast-paced, and self-initiating culture, designed to mimic an open source workflow\n\nEnergising and collaborative team and company retreats all over the world\n\nOpportunity to learn more about Web3 while on the job, with access to some of the brightest minds in this space; we have plenty of educational initiatives such as internal sessions, all-hands, AMAs, hackathons, etc.\n\nTeammates who are genuinely excited about their job, impact, and Parityโ€™s mission\n\nOpportunity to relocate to Germany or Portugal\n\n\n\nFor those joining us as employees in Germany, Portugal, or the U.K.:\n\n\n28 paid vacation days per year\n\nWork laptop (macOS or Linux-based) and equipment to enable you to work successfully\n\n\n\n\n\nยฃ2,500 yearly learning and development budget for conferences or courses of your choice\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nNot a perfect match to our requirements? ๐Ÿ‘‰ Please reference you found the job on Remote OK, this helps us get more companies to post here, thanks!

When applying for jobs, you should NEVER have to pay to apply. You should also NEVER have to pay to buy equipment which they then pay you back for later. Also never pay for trainings you have to do. Those are scams! NEVER PAY FOR ANYTHING! Posts that link to pages with "how to work online" are also scams. Don't use them or pay for them. Also always verify you're actually talking to the company in the job post and not an imposter. A good idea is to check the domain name for the site/email and see if it's the actual company's main domain name. Scams in remote work are rampant, be careful! Read more to avoid scams. \nParity Technologies builds core infrastructure for blockchains and Web 3.0 technologies. This means dealing with P2P networking, consensus algorithms, cryptography, databases, and decentralised applications. We strive to write the fastest, lightest, and safest core technology in Blockchain and write lots of open-source code.\n\nAt Parity Technologies, we have built and launched live networks like Kusama and Polkadot atop the Substrate blockchain framework. We want to bring to these networks first-class end-to-end user experiences which tell a story of how easy it is to use these next-generation blockchains. For example, improving how users participate in network staking, how members of our governance systems present and vote on proposals, enabling simple integration of Substrate systems into web pages, improving how new users onboard into our ecosystem, and moreโ€ฆ\n\nIn this role, youโ€™ll help bring to life an open-source TypeScript toolkit to enhance the Substrate / Web 3 developer experience. The aim of this toolkit is to reduce friction in creating efficient interactions with many chains. You will work in a small functional team with two front-end developers, one backend developer, and one designer to create core utilities, pattern libraries, and examples. This will be the basis for a new open source community, of which youโ€™ll be a steward. We will all share the responsibility of triaging issues, engaging with developers, and assessing their needs. This role will surely evolve, and hopefully, youโ€™ll help drive its evolution. There will be many ways to help the toolkit and its users succeed.\n\n \n\nAbout You:\n\n\nYou have experience building both browser and NodeJS applications with TypeScript.\n\nYou think deeply about paradigm-shifting tools, such as React and GraphQL.\n\nWell-designed APIs bring you immense joy.\n\nYou have excellent communication skills.\n\nWriting legible, maintainable code is more important to you than are your stylistic preferences.\n\nTo you, release announcements from the TypeScript team feel like special occasions. Maybe you even follow along with notes from the TypeScript teamโ€™s design meetings.\n\nYou donโ€™t need to be a blockchain expert. Just excited and willing to learn!\n\n\n\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n\nCollaborating with the team on design, roadmap and overall strategy\n\nWriting both low-level and high-level code\n\nModeling chain interactions as type-safe, composable building blocks\n\nDocumenting your creations\n\nIdentifying bugs, bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement\n\nActively participating in / supporting a new community in open source\n\n\n\n\nGood to have:\n\n\nLanguage design, compiler, interpreters.\n\nCreating and releasing open source\n\nEffect-oriented programming (ZIO, effect-ts)\n\nKnowledge of Web Assembly\n\n\n\n\n \n\nNot a perfect match to our requirements? We're happy to receive your application anyways and hear how you think you can help us achieve our mission.\n\nTo see how we use your data please see our Applicant Notice.\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n No salary data published by company so we estimated salary based on similar jobs related to Design, React, Typescript, Engineer, Backend and Digital Nomad jobs that are similar:\n\n $70,000 — $120,000/year\n \n\n#Location\nWorldwide

\nParity is one of the world's most experienced core blockchain infrastructure companies, having built and pioneered some of the most advanced technologies in the blockchain sector. Parity was founded by Dr. Gavin Wood, co-founder and former CTO of Ethereum, the primary engineer behind the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM), inventor of the Solidity programming language, and primary author of the Ethereum Yellowpaper.\n\nBased in Berlin, London, and Lisbon with over 340 employees worldwide, Parity has built clients for Ethereum, Bitcoin, and Zcash and has pioneered a completely new, next-generation blockchain protocol with Polkadot and the framework itโ€™s built with, Substrate. Parity builds the open-source technologies needed to power an unstoppable, decentralized webโ€”known as Web3โ€”and helps developers and organizations implement and build upon the Web3 tech stack.\n\n \nAbout the position:\n\nParity has a lot of products: blockchain clients written in Rust, mobile apps written in platform-native languages, browser-based tools and extensions written in JavaScript. We also maintain some crypto and networking libraries (mostly in Rust) and a blockchain framework used by several hundreds of third-party teams. All of this code needs to be consistently secured โ€” and as a head of AppSec, it would be your job.\n\n\nWhat you will do:\n\n\nbe that important link helping security researchers (be that independent auditors, bug bounty hunters or even yourself) and engineers in charge of the code understand each other; \n\nhelp teams learn state of the art security practices and embed them into day-to-day work;\n\nperform a lot of threat modelling and other pre-audit documentation work to help us get most kick for the (quite significant) buck we spend on those audits;\n\nhone and improve our security-related processes like bug bounty and internal vulnerability response;\n\nand of course this is not a single-man job, so youโ€™d be building and growing a team to help you with those challenges.\n\n\n\n\n \nAbout you:\n\n\nknow your security tools and approaches: you should be leading our way when setting up SAST, DAST, fuzzing, property-based testing, symbolic execution, network simulation tools and such;\n\nhave exposure to cryptography, decentralized networking, hardware key management solutions;\n\nhave understanding of modern blockchain tech landscape and the new classes of threats it experiences;\n\nhave experience in threat modelling, red/blue teaming, working with best in class independent security teams and turning their findings into actual deployed fixes in our codebase;\n\nbe able to help with hiring, lead the resulting team and set up security practices all around the company;\n\nbe a self-starter: most of the time there would be little guidance on which areas to work on first and what to improve there. Youโ€™re expected to determine that yourself, keeping company-wide goals in mind, and drive those initiatives to completion.\n\n\n\nNice to have:\n\n\nRust knowledge;\n\nPrior work experience in blockchain/cryptocurrency fields;\n\nlocated in or willing to relocate to Berlin, Germany;\n\nA background in open source software development;\n\nPassionate about Web 3.0 and what it represents for the future;\n\nHave an interest in Parity and accompanying technologies such as Substrate.\n\n\n\n\n \nAbout working for us:\nFor everyone who joins us:\n\n\nCompetitive remuneration packages, including tokens (where legally possible), based on iterative market research\n\nRemote-first, global working environment with flexible hours\n\nCollaborative, fast-paced, and self-initiating culture, designed to mimic an open source workflow\n\nEnergising and collaborative team and company retreats all over the world\n\nOpportunity to learn more about Web3 while on the job, with access to some of the brightest minds in this space; we have plenty of educational initiatives such as internal sessions, all-hands, AMAs, hackathons, etc.\n\nTeammates who are genuinely excited about their job, impact, and Parityโ€™s mission\n\nOpportunity to relocate to Germany or Portugal\n\n\n\n\n\nFor those joining us as employees in Germany, Portugal, or the U.K.:\n\n\n28 paid vacation days per year\n\nWork laptop (macOS or Linux-based) and equipment to enable you to work successfully\n\nยฃ2,500 yearly learning and development budget for conferences or courses of your choice\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\nNot a perfect match to our requirements? Full Stack Engineer - Common Good Parachains\n\nRemote\n\nParity Technologies builds core infrastructure for blockchains and Web 3.0 technologies. Our stack consists of Typescript, React, React-Redux, Rust, Docker, Cypress, Netlify, AWS, and GCP.\n\nAbout you\n\n\nActively participate in suggesting and driving new features and projects by identifying and interviewing stakeholders, outlining project requirements, and coordinating with other teams on delivering code.\n\nAble to design and implement APIs from the ground up.\n\nEnsure our XCM tooling is up to date with the latest changes in Substrate and Polkadot.\n\nDeliver without any supervisory role giving you precise step-by-step instructions.\n\nAdhere to software engineering best practices and apply creativity and engineering rigour to your work.\n\n\n\n\nTechnical requirements\n\n\nSolid foundation in computer science and programming principles.\n\nWell versed with Typescript on the frontend and backend.\n\nComplex state management with React.\n\nGood knowledge of the blockchain space is a plus, but not a must.\n\n\n\n\nBenefits \n\n\nWorking at Parity means focusing on the stuff that counts: building the most cutting-edge technology for the future web. Parity builds the open-source technologies needed to power an unstoppable, decentralised webโ€”known as Web3โ€”and helps developers and organisations implement and build upon the Web3 tech stack.\n\n \nAbout the position:\n\nParity is looking for a talented and experienced individual to join to own all user security culture across our globally distributed and high profile organisation. We are looking for someone who has strong and demonstrable experience of influencing people without authority, as well as being the voice for their cause (whatever that cause may be) within an organisation which consists of industry leading talent. \n\nWe are not looking for strong blockchain or IT security experience that can be learned, we are looking for someone with the gravitas and interpersonal skills to lead a small team to effectively have security culture percolating to all of Parityโ€™s people. To effectively influence and guide them to move progressively from habit, to practise, then praxis and eventually reach, maintain and develop security culture. Ex Military, nursing, threat/crisis management, sports coaching or a myriad of other backgrounds could be effective in this role, weโ€™re open to various types of profile, what we do need though is demonstrable experience of influencing groups of people without the advantage of authority.\n\nYou will lead the team of 2 or 3 security trainers so there is some leadership element to the role, however the main focus of the role will be to positively influence the different teams across Parity.\n\n \nAbout you:\n\n\nYou are a person with a mixture of charm, diplomacy and assertiveness, and empathy with a diverse and sometimes extreme personality. Our people are world leaders in their field and to get to this point they generally have strong opinions which need to be effectively navigated.\n\nYou have experience in leading and mentoring teams. \n\n\nYou have a background in medical, military, sports coaching sector and/or have experience in threat/ crisis management\n\n\nYou have a proven track record of successes in developing people and helping them to grow within the organisation \n\n\n\n\n \nBenefits:\nFor everyone who joins us:\n\n\nCompetitive remuneration packages, including tokens (where legally possible), based on iterative market research\n\nRemote-first, global working environment with flexible hours\n\nCollaborative, fast-paced, and self-initiating culture, designed to mimic an open source workflow\n\nEnergising and collaborative team and company retreats all over the world\n\nOpportunity to learn more about Web3 while on the job, with access to some of the brightest minds in this space; we have plenty of educational initiatives such as internal sessions, all-hands, AMAs, hackathons, etc.\n\nTeammates who are genuinely excited about their job, impact, and Parityโ€™s mission\n\nOpportunity to relocate to Germany or Portugal\n\n\n\nFor those joining us as employees in Germany, Portugal, or the U.K.:\n\n\n28 paid vacation days per year\n\nWork laptop (macOS or Linux-based) and equipment to enable you to work successfully\n\nยฃ2,500 yearly learning and development budget for conferences or courses of your choice\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nNot a perfect match to our requirements? \nWe are seeking an innovative and accomplished Application Security Engineer to join the Parity Security team. You will take a critical role in upholding the security of Parity Technologies products, from conceptual in their design to completion.\n\nYou will influence the technical architecture of new products, ensuring that security is a keystone in their designs. You would be the owner of Application security of new and existing products through pentesting and threat modelling, and contributing towards internal tooling and integration to ensure that security is baked into the software development lifecycle. Engineers will come to you as a trusted source of guidance for the secure development and maintenance of their products. Your insight will be consulted for strategic technical decisions, to guarantee that security is not an afterthought in our technical roadmap.\n\nBeing part of the preventative defense for our company, you'll identify and mitigate emerging threats to Parity Technologies environment stemming from vulnerabilities and architectural issues in the earlier stages of our products. Educating engineers on secure development practices will come into play, through a combination of educational software and your guidance. \n\nA day in the life:\n\n\nWork with other application security engineers on technical development of project in JavaScript/TypeScript or Rust. Contributing to the main public open-source projects shaping the future of the ecosystem.\n\nProvide technical expertise and guidance for developers around the secure development of their products. Keep up to date with evolving InfoSec trends, emerging risks, and growing industry-wide technological shifts.\n\nPerform assessments of products, such as pentests, or services that are being tested but are not yet in production.\n\nSympathize with the goals trying to be achieved by other teams; help to push solutions out securely rather than just blocking solutions outright. We're here to work with others getting their products out in a manner that's secure for our customers, not to just reject solutions without context.\n\n\n\n\nAbout you:\n\n\nExperience working with JavaScript APIs and Node.js. We use TypeScript, but good if you donโ€™t know it and want to learn it OR Rust programming, youโ€™ve probably played with it in your spare time, if not at a previous job.\n\nAbility to learn new technologies and concepts quickly.\n\nHave exposure to cryptography, decentralized networking, hardware key management solutions. Basics at least, we want you to be motivated to learn more.\n\nKnow your security tools and approaches: you should be leading our way when setting up SAST, DAST, fuzzing, property-based testing, symbolic execution, network simulation tools and such.\n\nBe a self-starter: most of the time there would be little guidance on which areas to work on first and what to improve there. Youโ€™re expected to determine that yourself, keeping company-wide goals in mind, and drive those initiatives to completion.\n\n\n\n\nIf possible, we'd also love you to have:\n\n\nHave experience in threat modelling, red/blue teaming, working with best in class independent security teams and turning their findings into actual deployed fixes in our codebase;\n\nPrior work experience in blockchain/cryptocurrency fields.\n\nA background in open-source software development.\n\nPassionate about Web 3.0 and what it represents for the future.\n\nAnywhere in the world, we want you!\n\n\n\n\nFlexible working and Remote? Yes, please!\nAbout Parity\n\nThe team at Parity builds core infrastructure to power a better internet. We do this by innovating in and fostering the open-source ecosystem surrounding blockchain development, also known as Web 3.0.\n\nEvery day we interact with technologies controlled by a handful of large companies whose interests often conflict with our own. Despite that conflict, we still use their software either because many of the benefits seem to outweigh any perceived risk, we feel there is no choice, or there is no better alternative. As a result, we end up granting such companies access to our personal data which, in turn, gives them far-reaching control over our digital lives and in that, unprecedented influence over a multitude of globally impactful initiatives and innovations.\n\nParity Technologies is a team of the worldโ€™s premiere blockchain developers building industry-leading technologies that enable developers to create the next wave of better products and services that respect the freedom and data of individuals. Youโ€™ll join at a critical moment when the future of the decentralized web is being shaped, and perform an influential role in making a more equitable society for our future. \n\nWe primarily steward the Substrate ecosystem which includes Polkadot and Kusama, both of which are next-generation, sharded, multichain networks. Our flagship product, Substrate, is an open-source modular and extensible blockchain-building framework that allows rapid innovation and fast deployment of custom-built blockchains. Substrate provides the core building blocks of blockchains built for deployment to Polkadot and Kusama. Our key programming language is Rust, and all of our work is open source.\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n No salary data published by company so we estimated salary based on similar jobs related to Design, InfoSec, JavaScript, Engineer and Digital Nomad jobs that are similar:\n\n $70,000 — $120,000/year\n \n\n#Location\nWorldwide

\nIsnโ€™t it weird how much good old centralised tech it takes to deliver a new decentralised one? CI runners in Kubernetes clusters, release repos in cloud storages, a whole bunch of sophisticated tooling interacting with 400+ Github repos and several dozen of bare metal servers for needs like benchmarking. And to make things even funnier, weโ€™re a principled FOSS shop, so even some of our infrastructure and tooling repos are available to the public eye.\n\nNow, we have an amazing Infrastructure Engineering team we couldnโ€™t be happier with โ€” not only do they manage to keep all that up with sometimes unreasonable uptimes, but also have enough capacity to stay up to date with our tech, practices and approaches.\n\nBut at a certain scale of engineering, keeping a holistic security picture in mind and acting on it becomes a full-time job. And this is where youโ€™re coming in.\nKey functions and responsibilities\n\n\n\nAdvising Infra Engineering on security topics and supervising their work (and infrastructure-as-a-code codebases) from the security standpoint โ€” maintaining things practical using some form of a risk-based approach.\n\n\nOrganising and performing penetration testing of our infrastructure, and collaborating with external parties on those tests.\n\nPicking tools, methods and approaches to maintain and improve the security stance of the company. (And we have a strong preference towards FOSS tooling when possible)\n\nWriting company-wide security standards and guidelines, as well as tools to enforce those.\n\nPartnering other team members on all matters related to security and infrastructure engineering.\n\n\n\nTech youโ€™d be working with\n\n\nLinux and Linux-based tech stack (SSH, VPNs, firewalls, IDS/IPS)\n\nKubernetes, Terraform, Ansible\n\nGitlab, Gitlab CI, ArgoCD\n\nHashicorp Vault\n\nAmazon Web Services, Google Cloud, baremetal hostings\n\nPrometheus, Grafana, Loki\n\nAnd of course blockchain tech and associated tooling (wallets, keys, RPC nodes and indexers etc.)\n\n\n\n\n \n\nNot a perfect match to our requirements? We're happy to receive your application anyways and hear how you think you can help us achieve our mission.\n\nTo see how we use your data please see our Applicant Notice.\n\n \n\n \n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n No salary data published by company so we estimated salary based on similar jobs related to Testing, Cloud and Engineer jobs that are similar:\n\n $70,000 — $120,000/year\n \n\n#Location\nRemote (Central European Time (CET))

\nParity Technologies builds core infrastructure to power a better internetโ€”one that respects the freedom and data of individualsโ€”and to empower developers to create better services through decentralised technology. Parityโ€™s technologies include Substrate, a flexible framework for building blockchains, and Polkadot, a protocol for connecting and securing blockchains.\n\nThe overall objective of the Ecosystem Success team, part of the larger Ecosystem & Business Development team, is to improve and accelerate adoption of both Substrate and Polkadot across existing teams as well as wider Web3 market stakeholders. In this role you will be the main person responsible for managing Parityโ€™s relationships with market intermediaries such as exchanges, liquidity providers, trading firms, fiat on/off ramps, issuers of fiat-backed stablecoins and custody providers. \nParity Technologies builds core infrastructure and technology for blockchains and Web 3.0 world. This means dealing with P2P networking, consensus algorithms, cryptography, databases, and decentralised applications.\n\nWe strive to write the fastest, lightest, and safest core technology in Blockchain and do a lot of free, open-source development. \n\nAs Parity grows, we still want to remain a fully engineering-driven company that automates as many things as possible instead of hiring more managers and establishing a processes-above-people dictatorship. \n\nWeโ€™re looking for someone who can listen and identify problems and quickly prototype solutions to make peopleโ€™s life easier with code or even no-code. These projects are usually small-to-midsize, so we need a person who can ship an MVP from scratch to production even without a well-established roadmap.\n\nWe want you to be able to deliver without any supervisory role giving you precise step-by-step instructions. We expect you to actively participate in identifying and questioning stakeholders, outlining project requirements, and coordinating delivering code with other teams.\n\nWe would like it if you would be able to develop at least some resemblance of UI/UX for the tools which need it. We will help you set up deployment and testing for the tools you own โ€” but you should be at least aware of how and what happens there not to be blocked when something needs to be tweaked in that machinery.\n\nCurrently, most of our projects are running on JavaScript/TypeScript and Python, with occasional ingrainings of Rust. We have k8s clusters to deploy stuff that needs to be deployed but we also often make tools for web3 users who prefer to self-host them. \n\nSecurity, software freedom and decentralization are our core product design principles.\n\nFor example, we are currently developing a privacy-focused application to automate our office and company management; we make tools for cryptomaniacs who want to manage their assets securely; and we also make a bunch of other products that make life easier for us and our ecosystem.\n\nThis is a great opportunity for those who like to invent and try new things in the company of people who believe in technology. \nLocation: Berlin or remote with ยฑ4hrs difference from UTC\n\n \n\nRequirements:\n\n\nExperience as a full-stack developer\n\nGood knowledge of TypeScript, React and JS ecosystem in general\n\nAbility to work and build products autonomously\n\nMakerโ€™s mindset. Hunger for shipping MVPs, not for corporate processes\n\n\n\n\nNice-to-haves:\n\n\nExperience with Python and Rust programming languages\n\nSome exposure to UI/UX development, no panic when you donโ€™t have design mockups\n\nKnowledge of Github Actions and/or No-Code tools to automate routines\n\nOpen source software background\n\nUnderstanding how CI/CD process works in general\n\nPassionate about blockchain technologies and bringing a decentralized web to the world\n\n\n\n\nBenefits\n\n\nWorking in a fully engineering-driven environment, building cutting-edge technology for the future web. Our teams enjoy a high degree of trust, freedom and autonomy to achieve that goal.\n\nNo bullshit, no bureaucracy, no daily stand-ups, no Jira. We value you for what you do, not for how many meetings youโ€™ve had.\n\nThe ability to choose which projects to work on and even come up with your own, as long as of course the mission-critical things for the company are solved.\n\nGenerous learning budget to attend conferences or courses of your own choosing. We think you know what's best for you.\n\nRegular company retreats and team events even for remote employees. Because bringing the team together is something we value a lot.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTo see how we use your data please see our Applicant Notice.\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n No salary data published by company so we estimated salary based on similar jobs related to Design, Web3, React, Python, Testing, Engineer and Digital Nomad jobs that are similar:\n\n $60,000 — $125,000/year\n
