Seesawers take pride in knowing that our work makes the learning experience better and more accessible to all.\n\nYour Team: \n\nIn this role you will work in close partnership with Enterprise Customer Success Managers. \n\nYour Role:\n\nSeesaw is seeking a Customer Success Specialist Contractor to assist with outbound calls and email communication to connect with our customers regarding their upcoming contract expirations and related matters. \n\nYour Responsibilities:\n\n\nConduct proactive cold outreach to active customers to help validate contact information and maintain contact hygiene in Salesforce\n\nMeet key performance indicators aligned with Seesaw’s retention goals\n\nPartner closely with Customer Success Manager teammates \n\n\n\n\nRequirements:\n\n\nThe ideal candidate is enthusiastic about a career in sales or account management in a high volume environment\n\nHas experience conducting outbound calls and managing high volume of email communication\n\nAdaptable and able to shift priorities as needed \n\n\n\n\nCompensation \n\nOur salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry. Salary is just one part of our total compensation package that includes equity, perks & benefits, and development opportunities at Seesaw. Individual pay decisions are based on several factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other Seesawers.
