As part of a hardworking team of technicians and engineers, you will build human-rated orbital launch vehicles.\nIn this role, you will directly lead, supervise technicians and coordinate additional teammates such as manufacturing engineers, quality personnel, production controllers, schedulers, etc. You will have ultimate and full responsibility for guiding your crew with the delivery of welded subassembly components and the Vacuum Heat Treatment for both GS1 and GS2 launch vehicles. Make hiring recommendations.\n* Develop and implement process, efficiency, and continuous safety improvements.\n* Responsible for prioritizing and establishment of Work Center assignments, employee training, overtime assignments and back-up for absent employees.\n* Maintain all shop programs including Safety, 5S, Lean Manufacturing, Clean as you go programs.\n\n\nQualifications:\n* 5 plus years of experience in aerospace manufacturing, integration, or another relevant field.\n* Passion.
