Opportunities to join a team like this donโt come up often, so if this sounds right up your alley, then keep reading and join our ever-growing team!\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n\n* Engage with existing Openly Agent Partners to enhance and maximize sales results\n\n* Support existing Openly agent partners with developing marketing campaigns\n\n* Create and implement strategies and goals to increase new business production.\n\n* Support Business Development Managers with larger agency appointments\n\n* Manage assigned territory to drive profitable growth and achieve financial goals\n\n* Review and analyze territory trends to identify, communicate and act on data\n\n* Collaborate with other functions at Openly to drive industry-leading agent experience for Openlyโs agent partners\n\n\n\n\nRequirements\n\n\n* 3+ years of outstanding sales performance with the ability to drive results and innovate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment\n\n* 2+ years of insurance carrier experience \n\n* Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License preferred, or the ability to get one within the first three (3) months of employment\n\n* Established agency network within Virginia \n\n* Travel up to 50% in assigned territory based on the business needs\n\n* Proven organizational, negotiation, and value-based selling skills\n\n* Strong oral and written communication with the ability to manage large and small audiences, whether remote or in-person\n\n* A customer-centric mindset with the ability to quickly establish trust and credibility\n\n* Insurance product knowledge and the ability to gather additional knowledge rapidly\n\n* Proficiency with Microsoft and Google products along with experience working with a CRM\n\n\n\n\n#LI-HKI\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
