You play well with others (not just engineers). \n- You bring both creativity and maturity to your work: you’re a self-starter who can jump in quickly and can manage your own time effectively in a remote work environment.\n\nWhat you’ll do \nYou will help ensure the scalability, security, performance, and availability of our systems by applying your expertise in the evolution and daily operation of our LAMP/LEMP stack, implementing and automating infrastructure deployments and working with our engineering team to ensure the software that we build can scale.\n\nRequirements\n- You must either be a US Citizen or already have a Green Card to apply\n- 3-5 years of experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud hosting\n- 3+ years of experience with MySQL (DevOps, not DBA)\n- Linux - Nginx and/or Apache\n- Varnish\n- PHP (DevOps tuning, not dev)\n- Docker\n- Shell scripting\n- Ansible / Chef / Puppet\n- Code repository versioning (Git)\n\nBonus Skills\n- Memcached/Redis\n- CentOS/Redhat Linux\n- HAProxy\n- MariaDB/MySQL Clustering\n- Elasticsearch and/or Apache Solr\n- Code repository hosting (e.g. Gitlab)\n- Drupal Optimization\n- Big Data (e.g. Hadoop, Redshift)\n- Authentication Integration (e.g. LDAP/AD/SAML)\n- Penetration testing\n- Load testing\n- GlusterFS\n- Performance testing (e.g. New Relic, Blackfire)\n- Jenkins \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
